Oh also i found myself to be waking up sleeping on my stomach. I was sleeping on a flat pillow and an old mattress; this must have made me roll in from my side onto my stomach.

I have been experiencing the exact same thing for the past few months, but all of a sudden it just stopped. It was such a terrible pain and sickness that it would wake me up at 5 am every morning. From what i read its mainly caused by anxiety. but you could have acid reflux. another thing could be smoking as well. i was smoking a lot when this was happening to me and then i stopped for a few weeks and it subsided. I was also drinking a lot of coffee and i minimized that befor it stopped. maybe give those things a shot.

The food is reasonably priced and tasted very fresh. the colours were vibrant and the service is very fast. highly recommended.

Thanks for the comments guys, Im glad you lot liked it. I use Cubase 5 as my standard daw. The synths i use are Ni massive and Camel audio alchemy but i resample alot using kontakt. ill enable that tune for download if you like Myco, but im thinking of extending it a bit and tuning it up a tad if youd like to scratch over it. Maybe i can add in a breaksown with less synthy noises over the top of the beat so you will be able to hear the scratching over it.

Hello. I am looking for a short spined Trichocereus specimen to plant in my mums garden for ornamental purposes. Something preferably with spines no longer than a patch Because i have two very energetic dogs and i don't want one to loose an eye. I have many in pots, but this cactus will be purely for show and not as much a piece to add to my collection, so i would prefer it to have fairly minimal scarring/sunburn and to have previously flowered. i know i am asking for a lot but i would greatly appreciate it if someone could come through. Ello. Im looking for some lophs at the moment. iv found a nice on on ebay ( http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/330781549906?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1426.l2649 ) but it seems kind of pricey for something that small. does anybody have any well established ones they are willing to trade sell? My budget is at 60 bucks so i dont know how far that will get me but i guess its worth a go. much appreciated thanks in advance guys!
