ciggies mate.... the other is kinda medical anyhow i think..but i wouldnt be gettin bob marleyd before the surgery....as they slow a persons heart rate and breathing down....but should be ok.(personal preference and risk i guess as were all different when it comes to medications etc).. i was operated on 24 hours straight once to save my life and that night i went into emergency i was a stimulated chemical factory..i assume they anesthesised me as i woke up with a metal leg....

usually they dont operate on ppl if they havnt given up smoking afew weeks before the surgery, ive had more surgery then frankenstein and they always tell me to give up the ciggies,but i never do. i dont think the anesthesiologist would sedate knowing someone was on a recreational buzz either, as the patients welfare is there primary concern to how they may react to the anesthesia...ive always told them whatever ive takin and what metabolites they may find in my system, most medical staff are quite understanding after all they do this everyday...

Yeah agreed with paradox,i visited a public cacti garden today knocked on the door and the owner helped me out with 7 nice cuts some exceptional blue peruvianas and damn fine conversation,amazing what some honest courtesy and friendly interest can achieve,i was so stoked next time I pass by im gonna drop in some cold beers for his kindness and another arvo of interesting convo..

ive tried S albidium with cold stratification with seeds outside as winter gets very cold here, but they got attacked by mould and the media was sprayed with fongarid and the ones i put in the fridge in a mix of sand vermiculite and crushed perlite havnt been attacked by mould, this new batch has been in the fridge for 2 months and i sprayed the media substrate of both with fongarid(inside and outside batches), before resting the seed half in half out so i could see progress in takeaway containers.. So from this i would suggest the fridge is the go, as i think the temperature flutuations had something to do with the mould attack outside as one day its cold the next the sun is out, so my theory is the fridge stays ambient and controlled cold! Also i would sterilise seed raising mix in microwave if to be used, but i think inorganic media would be best, i used sand and nuked it also just incase but i dont think many pathogens really like sand!

S albidium would be great! havnt been able to find of seeds of this one, without paying over priced rates for seeds that dont grow! Ive tried so many times to germinate these seeds, they suck! long periods of cold stratification and the grey fuzz just eats em everytime!

i forked out the cash for the azamax and in 2 weeks of treatment my hothouse is pretty much pest free, im sure there are some little critters lurking somewhere but to this eagle eye it is looking much better, gnat numbers are miniscule & i had severe problems with flea beetles as these little buggers reside in large numbers in my garden beds surrounding the house under the woodchip mulch my landlord decided to use and have decided to venture & dwell in my pots, which i didnt know they were calling home until i repotted some acacias, and when i dug em out of there pots it was flea beetle & ant metropolis in there which was unknowing to the eagle eye, so i soil drenched with azamax @ 7day intervals and NEEM KICKS ASS.....Azadirachtin a blessing from the neem kernal, this by far of the most effective insecticide i have come across well worth the money @ 2-3ml per litre one can definately see there cash well spent in this product...well this chimp can!

heat mat will help produce root growth by keeping the soil warm...ive ran into trouble with heatmats as they change with the atomosphere heat, so if your running a heater inside to heat yr home during winter, and the inside temp is say 30C then the root systems will be 40C these conditions can be to hot some species of seedlings, but cacti should be fine, a heat mat not themostat regulated usually only heats 10C above room temperature, a more expensive thermostat controlled one overcomes this as they keep a regulated heat but they are pricey. I think this is how it works anyway!
