didnt you move to NZ mate? ive still got a few of the globular's you sent me several years back. Coryphantha, astro, turb, crested Opuntia etc. Ive got a couple, but i dont know how theyed go crossing the border. Let me know if you find no love and ill try and sort you out

Hey mate I don't have a monster plant by any means, but ill be sure to include a small cutting of 'Purple Haze', a commercial USA cultivar i got off a friend recently, in ther package ill be sending off in the next week or so. Ive been looking for something you actually want or need to include as interest for making you wait so long so this is perfect ;)

last time i sprouted them was in Spring time a few years back. No special treatment. Super fresh self collected seed (few days old out of pods). 3 seeds per 140mm (6inch) pot. Searles premium potting mix. Morning /midday sun no afternoon. Kept well moist the whole time. Germination within a week. Vines within a couple more.prob about 80-90% germ rates. This time of the year, i would strongly suggest some bottom heat, or use doublebenno's above described tech.

All these seeds are imported and are from a very reputable member on here and are very fresh and viable. Prices are for 100 packs. Inquire for prices on smaller packs, but i would much rather do straight 100 packs. Hey Pinegap ive sent all my goods out to other members and always received payment, except on my last run a lazy member ignored my posts and had to bring in a mod to give them a friendly reminder, which fixed things up very quickly. Jox needs to way in on this one---he had them from seed to gold ball in 2 years under what i believe from memory was a 600 watt HPS on a flood and drain tray.

This. Usually my grafts are not for show, but for accelerated flowering and fruiting for initial seed collection in some genus. There are various forms of grafting, and each is a technique/skill in itself. Sometimes we graft for silly reasons too. Like so we can see a pach/cuz just begging for it, only to have it's owner master further deprive it (reminds me of bonsai somewhat actually) or so we can take named clones like 'Tim' and stick a TBM on them so we can give them to our mate Tim and call it 'Your Penis'. :S (I may have watched my gnome do this ;) )

Absolutely ingenious Pim! and then blame his kids ;) Failing that, and going with the original bamboo idea, don't forget to install some kind of barricade to a depth of at least 700-800mm on your side of the trench so its clumps in the direction you want it to. It might be clumping, but it's still voracious once it gets going.
