    Ethnobotanicals for Psoriasis

It looks like you've put some time into this post Solomon. I'm sure someone will get some benefit from it as time rolls on. I noticed you mentioned cider vinegar, but you suggest it mainly for the scalp. I've treated several cases of psoriasis over the whole body with apple cider vinegar with good success.. If you put about a cup or 2 into a warm bath and soak in it for 20 - 30 minutes it works wonders. It won't burn or cause any itching, it actually soothes the itch. It will make your skin feel "oily" and the bath will become very slippery - so take care getting in and out. Don't use any soap or shampoo etc and let the oil soak in for a few minutes after you get out of the bath before toweling off. If you do this a few consecutive times when the weather starts to change and the condition starts to set in and starts to flare up, many people can have almost full remission from this condition with apple cider baths.
  2. I don't know about the terminators and all that stuff. I put a pic in and fed the result back through several times and it got more trippy on each successive run.

☽Footsteps along the Acacial avenue..⚡The Amazing AustralAcacian highway path to WattleB Grove☾

I'd say you could start them indoors and grow them under artificial light but if they eventually have to go outside it would be a major shock for them and you could lose a few. Is there any way you could give them a few hours sun each day and bring them inside overnight ? I've done heaps of them that way and it eliminates any need for a hardening off phase when it's time for them to go outside permanently.

    Choose my avatar....again

I wish I could guess lotto numbers so easily. I did think of a few humiliating avatars, but it's not really in my nature to disrespect someone that hasn't done it to me or someone I know first. So the vagina monster can have a break this year. What comes around goes around

    The Mirror

The mirror stood relentless reflecting truth and honesty a scorecard of my soul Do I see a true depiction do I see lie The reciprocated image must be a trick of light I think this mirror's getting old for I know it cannot be the old man staring back through it surely can't be me I've worn the darn thing out I've looked at it too much I'll have to get a new one before this worn out one defies me with its brutal honest lies Before it gets too late I'll change my evil ways and hope that my new mirror reflects my glory days But deep down I know, that I can't hide from the wavelengths bouncing back So I think I'll keep the old one And get my life on track.

^ was that pic snapped in the late afternoon ? They look like they're sleeping on the job.
  12. I made a concoction from neem oil, garlic and chillies after reading it somewhere and sprayed it all over my tomatoes hoping it would keep the grubs out. All it did was made the garden smell like a wet dog that had rolled on a dead rat and the pests seemed to be attracted to it. If you can get the brix of the plants high enough the bugs can sense it and they won't eat them. Apparently they can't metabolise the juice of a plant with a high sugar level and it kills them. An easy way to raise the brix is to spray the plants and the soil with a simple sugar. A can of coke diluted down about ten to one works well, it's got a reasonable amount of sugar and phosphoric acid that helps with fruitset and development too.
  13. I've tried a few organic concoctions both commercial and homemade over the years with limited success. I ended up using fruit bags that go over the whole truss to keep the grubs out. They are a mesh bag that allows the fruit to breathe and grow normally and keeps all the nasties out. That way you don't need any pesticides. You put them on after the flowers have been pollinated and the fruit has set but before the fruit gets ripe enough to attract pests. There's a few different types you can buy or just make your own. I was getting them from this mob, they were called pest guard bags. They are down near the bottom of the page. http://www.greenharvest.com.au/PestControlOrganic/ExclusionProducts.html#FruitProtectionBags

    Acacia Trees for Everyone! (Finished)

Did you get it sorted TH ? From what I've seen of your work, if there's anyone in the UK that could get phlebs growing it would most likely be you. I've had 100% positive trades with Communacacian, so if you are both up for it I'll forward some on to you. I've never seen phleb seeds with germination rates as good as his. He always sends a bag of soil as an inoculant (which can be the difference between success and failure for phlebs) but I'm not sure about UK laws regarding the importation of soil or CITES etc. So if you can check that out and decide if you want to do it, I'd be happy to forward them on.

I won't be able to make it this time. I fucked my back again the other day. There's no way I could sit in a car all the way to Sydney and back. Anyway, have a good one guys.

We should have got our act together a bit better, from the interest shown lately it would have made an awesome camp.

    PMing gone retarded.?

Is that on a phone or a PC wert ? My message notifications seem to be working OK (on a PC), but I dunno about the other notifications (like when someone likes my posts). I turned them off a few months ago because I made a moral decision to abstain from that type of pointless ego boosting. I still like other peoples posts but I can do without it myself. I know flash and firefox have had several recent updates, so it could be a cookie/cache issue. Sometimes it takes IPBoard a while to catch up and it can cause a few issues.

    Possible bad batch of Kronic

There's been a few mixed reports this morning and late yesterday of a death where synthetic cannabis has been implicated. At first the young Hunter Valley man was said to have died from misadventure, then the next few reports suggested he died from smoking cannabis that had been laced with something (which sounds a bit vague). Then this morning the reports are suggesting he died from a bad batch of Kronic and two of his friends are also sick which is suspected to be from smoking the same batch of Kronic. I really don't know what to believe as there hasn't even been an autopsy or toxicology report yet, it all seems like circumstantial guesswork at the moment. I don't even know whether it was Kronic or people are just generically calling all synths Kronic on the news reports. It could have been a different brand. One of my neighbours was taken to hospital the other day and he suspected someone had poisoned his weed, be he's also waiting for results from blood tests. So be wary people, it could be all hype and speculation or it could be a genuine problem. http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/synthetic-cannabis-warning-as-teen-dies-two-more-critically-ill-20160131-gmi6am.html
  21. My council regularly sprays weeds surrounding the water catchment area with roundup. They spray right up to the edge of the dam and I've watched overspray going into the water. They also regularly spray all the open drains that surround the dam and feed directly into it. Roundup is toxic to marine life and shouldn't be sprayed in areas like that, but my council couldn't give a shit. The MSDS toxicology information just lists glyphosate but there is also other nasty shit in it they don't list. The toxicology reports should be done on the actual mixture used in roundup, not just the glyphosate. Without testing the actual product the toxicology information is borderline fraudulent in my view.

    Beer Taps

I'd guess the evap coil would be as close to the internal skin as possible for max cooling efficiency), so it's probably safe to drill the metal outer skin and then dig/ probe as you suggest until you reach the full depth of the insulation foam. I think a lot of them have the evap in a semi enclosed top skin with slots/holes to let the cold air drop out, sometimes with a fan to circulate it. So it would probably be fairly safe to plow in, it's just the off chance of hitting the feed and return lines to and from the evap, but I'd speculate most fridges would run them close to the back (unless the condensor or evaporator encompasses the sidewalls as well). I'd hate to see someone carelessly ruin a good fridge. Maybe drilling closer to the front of the unit would be a safer bet if you were speculating where to drill the side of a clean back unit ?
