You could have just said the day was shitty, but decided to use a ridiculous perversion of what is a mathematical proof. That isn't actually Murphy's Law, it's just a perversion of such. Murphy's Law simply states that with enough repetition, each thing that can go wrong, will go wrong. It is a rule of probabilities, stating that as # of events approach infinity, so does the likelyhood of errors. I dislike the common use of the term Murphy's Law - simply meaning that everything that could go wrong did. It seems that so much more could go wrong.

All of the tidal activity of earth would be ruined. Especially when it redirects you to Youtube.com. What is the purpose of youtu.be? To have an address so similar makes me suspicious, like with the site gooogle.com.

You had a valid ticket... And I am aware things may be different in Vic, that is why I specified translink officials. I know they are not the same. Are you revoking your previous statement that you had valid tickets? Even police cannot force further information from you (than your name and address), that is all you are required to say. They can try to issue you a ticket but you said you had valid tickets, so there's no fare evasion, so they can't get you with anything. Even if they could lay charges (which require a police ID and I'd be requesting evidence of such immediately, and taking down the numbers on their badges for proof) then they can't get you for anything without reasonable proof, you'd need a can of paint for graffiti charges, and to be within X metres of the tracks for infringement on the disruption charge. I would expect it would be a reasonable distance, if you were sensible and not walking along the tracks they should have nothing there either. Without such a police number they had NO authority over you. You could have ignored them and walked away, and they couldn't have stopped you, though being polite would be sensible as they probably wouldn't let you on the train and would follow you around some time while you were on the company's property. I carry a camera around at all times in case of situations like this with "authority" bullies, including cops. They're a lot less likely to do the wrong thing on camera when their badge numbers are known.

Yeah if I were stopped by translink officials I'd give them a fake name and if they wanted more I'd say they haven't got the authority. They could call in actual police but I've broken no law, just company policies, the worst they can do is remove me from the premesis.

If I present myself to be someone who thinks you're a gullible idiot that's full of shit, then I'm fairly sure that's what I am. Good that you are wary of me though, as I, like occidentalis, appear to have some basic understandings of language and how it works. Seeing as advise and advice come I would come to the logical conclusion that it is not, as you seem to think, a composite of add and vice (or vise). The reason half of these cases get passed out without charges is because the judges are busy people. They can't be fucked dealing with some twat who will drag out a minor case for what could be days. I would however love to hear the simple solution, oh, and that wasn't quite what I said. I said IF your knowledge isn't almost encyclopaedic. Prove that you can succeed at this while having flawed understandings of the laws you are trying to manipulate, and/or even the smallest gap in your defense.
