I would watch this if I didn't have to wake up early Oh well! Another time I guess. It is a very good movie.

I'd like to come. Finally get to meet someone from this community West of the CBD, what suburb? I'd be catching public transport or riding the ol' pushbike so accessibility is my main issue. Looking forward to it. Although it is the night before I go to Sydney, may not be the best idea... EDIT: Also that mayan calendar thing was never a prediction of the end of the world, just the end of a cycle was it? (I don't recall exactly what) It was meant to be a change for the positive wasn't it?

Thanks for the heads up Magicdirt. I plan on looking in to this more now

That is amazing, also @ ThunderIdeal, I have a feeling they'd done it before

Wish I could have helped, though I don't think many of us would accept such a form of payment. Simple thanks would have been enough Did you get there okay?

Yeah, that's pretty much what I expected. It's too... Winding, for most students to really get I think.

Great words mate. I particularly like the sentence quoted here. Was this art piece for school? I can imagine how well it was recieved...

I found these guys, which I now adore. They only have 2 songs up at the moment, they can be found here. {steampunk, clockwork, stories} http://clockworkquartet.com/music.php What say you, folks? Share your good music, preferably with a bit of tagging to give a general idea what they are.

Welcome to the Corroboree John. I hope that your name really is Watson :D I agree that some of us are fortunate to be in the tropics. Or at least our plants are. It gets bleeding hot though.

We will find a way around them, as we always have. They probably think that's a good start... Land of the free indeed.

That second one is good Yawning Man. An amusing one that I found was: "And the angel said to him, "Stop hitting yourself!" But he could not stop, for the angel was hitting him, with his own hands." Check out futilitycloset.com. It has some good ones, hidden among a great deal of interesting stories.

I seem to get precognitive deja vu as well. One event will trigger the feeling, and then I seem to predict everything that is to happen over the next minute or two. Shame it appears to be completely random, and fairly infrequent. I'm going to have to get back into my meditation.

Probably just a buggy tracker.
