I dont mind wishing peeps a happy birthday, but there are just so many peeps having birthdays,lol. I tend to tap 'like this' now days when a birthday thread comes up. I did tap 'like this' on the opening post, then i realized it wasn't an ice cream she was gorging herself with, so i un liked it and just said hippy birthday. lol. I tend to look at the post count , and if i am on a computer, i can run the mouse over the name and see how long they have been a member. If its showing they have been a member for years, i might investigate further....look at profile and name history. (It would be good if ipads had a mouse over option)

I can assure you, bot6 (disco stu) isn't Psylo, lol. I think we were all suspicious of any member that joined around the time of Psylos departure. Some people might want to change their name to hide from the general public (non SABers, family members) (stalking ex partners). I am not fussed either way about an icon to indicate a name change, as long as its not something that indicates publicly who they previously were.

I have had this happen on my Apple devices, but never on my computer. There was a thread about this but cant find it. One way to resolve it on an apple device was to edit the pic before upload, so like crop it ever so slightly, save it then upload. Hope that helps.

Berrie smoothies are the going thing at my house at the moment, ....eerr, well they were, lol. We have been eating them by the kilo for months.
