I buy lots of items on eBay these days, they have an abundance. I was just searching for a few of the plant growth regulators, and found this eBay Seller: http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/stoker128/m.html?item=191552780578&hash=item2c996f7922&var=&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

How to weigh very small doses of things...?
Keenter replied to gtarman's topic in Pharmacology, Chemistry & Medicine
Try eBay: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/10g-0-001g-1mg-Precision-Digital-Jewelry-Diamond-Scale-With-5g-10g-Weight-TE49-/201088955704?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item2ed1d5f538 $25 includes delivery. -
Hey gtarman, Try Puritan's Pride. http://search.puritan.com/search?view=grid&w=melatonin&x=0&y=0 3mg 120 tablets 5 bottles for US$8.70 1x3mg tablet at night. Most will do well on that dose. Some may need 5mg or 10mg. Best to start with 3mg. I have been ordering Melatonin from Puritan's Pride since around 2001. I always order between 6 to 12 bottles. Box is shipped from Deutsche Post and takes 2 to 3 weeks to Oz. Shipping is usually $20 to $30. Boxes opened many times by Customs. They always let them through. By the way, I have been kind enough to pass on many bottles to family and friends. In Australia Melatonin is sold by prescription and costs up to $1 per tablet. The health food stores sell Homeopathic Melatonin. Diluted to maybe 1%. Stick with Puritan's Pride. They are the best and cheapest, and they are stocked with a huge catalogue of items.

Such a nice big healthy Loph. Thanks for sharing pics. I notice that grafted lophs grow up to 10 times faster than seed grown plants. I prefer Trich Pach for stock. Although I have lost many to that orange rot from overwatering, both stock and scion.

Hi all, I just went to New Zealand with the wife for 10 days. I drove from Wellington to Auckland, North Island. Very nice Country NZ. Beautiful mountainous type of country side. Farms, Pinus Radiata plantations, Grape Vine Vineyards, small country towns, volcanic type of landscape as well. Lots of steam vents, water sprout geysers, boiling hot water pools, boiling mud ponds, colourful pools of mineralised water, craters, caves. These are mostly in the middle and north of the island. South of Lake Taupo, and up to Rotorua. I highly recommend a trip to NZ, as the prices are low for airfares, and motels and studio apartments are $90 to $130 minimum price for overnight stays. Such a nice place to travel. Speed limits are 100km per hr on open roads. Although they drive 110km to 120km normally. Speed limits in small towns are 50km to 70km. Patient drivers in towns and cities too. I saw many Aminita Muscaria mushrooms growing around oak, pinus radiata, and other trees. Lots of other mushrooms especially Stopharia Aurantiaca(Leratiomyces ceres) in botanical gardens in different cities and towns. I couldn't see any Psilocybe Subs or Weraroa. I didn't look hard enough. Not much birds in NZ. Very little animal activity as well. Didn't even see any lizards or snakes. A unique environment that consists of mostly plains and forests. Reminds me of Tasmania, except Tasmania is full of wild life. Conservation has everthing to do with that. In total I drove 1188km. That was driving back and forth to different locations for 7 days. Yeh, just to give a thumbs up to NZ as a great place to visit.

Here are some pics of the 12 Subs I found today. I took the shots with my mobile phone, so they ain't the best quality. 12 subs Close ups Edit as below: Yeh Rabaelthazer, they got a bit Wet, and ruffled from me running about in the heavy rain. I broke them into pieces to show the colours of Cap, Gills and Stipe. They do look a bit rough though. But just to show that they are around in the local suburbs, and quite easy to find them, without much effort. I do believe that the forests are the way to go, though, for large finds.

Yep, they are an indicator that Subs may be around. Keep looking around nearby, as you may spot the Caramel Gold Tops. When you bend the stem on many lookalikes, they will snap in half and be hollow. But with Subs, they have Rubber type Stems that bend and come back to shape, just like they are made of rubber. Today, I went for a walk through a carpark and found 12 Subs in a woodchip mulch garden under some eucalypt trees. Then it started pouring rain, extremely heavy. I got Soaking wet in a few seconds. This was in Sydney, near the coast. The Subs are around now, once you spot em, you'll recognise them every time after, easily. Just like you are drawn to them. Good Luck all...
-
I found 4 subs today, growing under the shade of some Rhododendron plants. These were in a large parkland area in sydney, near the beaches. I reckon with all the rain we've had in sydney last 2 weeks, and for next 1 week, there should be Bumper Flushes within a few days. Keep ya eyes peeled for the Caramel Gold Tops with White stems, that stain Blue. Good Luck!

No mate, I've been reading from this board for about the last 7 years. I only just joined recently, because I can't see the pictures otherwise. Posting will be seldom for me, but that's OK. I'm definitely a New Member Naja. Peace
