  1. How do you know?

Well, while I haven't actually had a dog lick my asshole, I have had my asshole licked and I have been licked by a dog and am familiar with the particular texture of the canine tongue.

I used my imagination.... and I imagined that it could be quite enjoyable.

  2. i was told that if you had a dog you didnt need to worry about toilet paper, is this true................im not sure mythbusters have done this episode yet but dog like smelling bums and eating poo so apparently if you go bush sometimes people get the dog to lick the poo from the bum area.............and the dogs saliva acts as a double agent by sterilizing the area with dog saliva. im sure its a softer kind of wipe than paperbark...............i dunno if this is true tho as i dont have a dog.

The problem is when you start enjoying it too much.

  3. Honestly, I think the writing style works really well. Would be keen to read the rest.

Is this a thesis for university or a book for the general public that you have in mind? Are you putting forward any new ideas or is it more a round-up of existing information? (One is not necessarily better than the other - just curious).

...on a side note, I've often marvelled at how little kids all seem to love spinning around and making themselves dizzy. I reckon for a lot of us, this is the first intentional seeking of an altered sense of perception. Is it only human though? Kittens and puppys seem to like to make themselves dizzy as well. Kittens grow up to be cats that dig on catnip and puppys grow up into dogs who steal your beer from the table when you're not looking.

Are animals who partake only getting "messed-up"? How do we know the Jaguar isn't affected by the vine in a spiritual way? Do reindeer have a spiritual experience when they consume amanita? Hard to know.

    Nice work, Teotz.

  4. Although only photographing this year, I can say from many years visiting this spot and experiencing the mushrooms first-hand that these are either:

    1) subs; or

    2) another blueing victorian psylocybe that grows in pine and fruits in conjunction with sub season.

I'm not aware of a mushroom that fits description 2) so I'm leaning towards 1), however, I'm open to other opinions.

What would you id them as, the Dude, if not subs?

  5. Yeah, I dug the early styles... the scene got stale for me when the music seemed to become really minimal with just a kick snare break pattern with bassline and synthy atmospherics and was no longer referred to as Jungle but as DnB. No amens, no MCs. I think it was around 97, but might have been later than that. My chronology from the nineties is pretty mixed up.

I'll PM you a facebook link, although I'm not very active there. Be warned... my hair is a foot shorter than it was, I'm about 10 kilos heavier and I have no longer have a beard. There are some old photos there though.

  6. Shit. Has the date changed or has my addled brain just reserved the wrong day for this? I thought it was Sunday the 8th and I've organised a work trip for the saturday thinking that I'd then be free to come to this.

Bugger. I think it must been my brain. Was really looking forward to it too. :(

  7. I'm with you, Hutch. Gen Y's got a huge pole up its ass.

That was great fun to watch and the dogs seemed to be enjoying it. Definitely well trained. No dog I've ever owned would have been able to resist the food for more than a fraction of a second after it was placed on the table.

  8. LOL, Mac OI posted the animated version of that call a few poists above.

I knew I wouldnt be the only one reaching for that clip.. lol.

The dialogue in the animation was quite different from the original call... I started watching the animation thinking it would be the call Mac posted, but decided it was either another very similar call or, more likely, a recreation of the original call made to be a little more entertaining to stoners. I like the original better, but the animation was a good watch anyway. Cheers.

<edit> or else, I only ever saw an edited version. The voices do sound the same in both clips.????

  9. Oh , you poor thing, that must have been hard

Buggered you say?:oWho had the baby, you or your wife?

Yes, it was very hard for me. Sure.... my wife probably had a bit of a hard time too, but my hardship was compacted by the fact that I had a painful hangnail of my right index finger. I even needed a bandaid.

    Thanks all for the congrats.

  10. I'd like to welcome introduce my daughter to the forum.... Rabaltharina.

She was born just before midnight last night (Sunday) and 24 hours on, both she and Mrs Rabalthazar are happy and healthy. Ridiculously short labour, recorded at 2 hours, 20 minutes. Went by so quickly I didn't even get a chance to have a suck on the gas. Tried to wrestle the mouthpiece away from my wife a few times but she was clutching on for dear life :drool2:

I am buggered after spending the last few days at the hospital but proud and happy to have a new child in my life.

Last chance for seed.... I think I'll be getting a vasectomy once things settle down. Two is enough.

    Thanks all. :) :) :)
