Anadenanthera, is a very easy and fast seed to germinate, no skill is needed.
viable seed, will form root within hours of sowing out.
place seeds on the side, cover with potting mix, and put somewhere very warm, use a dome.

I edited the title a bit, so that more ideas can be brought into this thread, maybe you have something which could be added to this topic.
today added, the PET (soft drink) "bottle propagator"
1, cut open a soft drink bottle.
2, use hot water to shrink, one of the two pieces so it will fit, very snug into the other.
try to make it, a perfect seal, so no water at all can evaporate, or get lost.
3, place small flower pot with hormone dipped cutting, into the bottle and close.
I like it if, there is a little bit of water present at the bottom of the bottle.
4, wait till the cutting strikes, that can take up to 2 or 3 months, depending on the plant species and the temperature.
the warmer, the faster, some plants might get there roots in as little as 2 weeks...
5, once you got roots, you have to harden out the cutting, meaning you take the cap off the bottle, for a short time and observe.
if the plant wilts, put the cap back on. if the cutting has taken well, than the first hardening out (bottle without cap) might take 2 or 3 hours not more. than next day, 3 or more hours without the cap, and increasing the hardening out period.
6, once the cutting has been hardent out, you can take it out of the dome, and re pot into a larger pot.
edit:
the plant in the pic is a finger lime, which struck roots in this set up.
place the dome, where it's warm, bright, but no direct sun (unless a little morning sun), and out of the wind (so the dome doesn't fall over.
this dome works very well as well, in indoor set ups, or even better!

update!
I got traumatised a few months ago (actually a convolute of different traumas) and spent a couple of months drinking everyday (7 cans a day + some pot) but stopped again around 10 weeks ago!
the last 3 weeks I allowed myself to drink and smoke just on Saturdays...
but gee, can I drink a lot if it's only rarely, fuuuuuck...
tomorrow is Saturday, oh yeah.
a whole day without mental and physical pain. 
I open the 1st beer at 10am or maybe a bit later...
i'll be doing some light work in the garden, with lot's of beer breaks, than visit friends (swap water chestnuts for lillys), than it's back home again and disco, disco, disco.
I think the once a week is a good balance.

yes those (on the right) could contain viable seed.
the seeds are very small, and only the seed capsuls with, those elongations radiating (3rd pic, 1st seeds yes, 2nd seed no), contain seeds.
the green ones in the middle will not contain viable seed.

so the brown "rusty spots" are the left over damage done by the brown scale?
I seem to remember there are two scales, the "soft" scale which wipes off easely, and the "tough" scale, which sort of can't be mechanicly removed often.
anyway, I have seen the tissue brused, by scales and this brown spots might be the result.
I treat the buttons at times with white oil, and so far haven't caused damage as far as I know,...
but, surly the blemished skin caused by removing scale, would be super sensitive.
anyway, i go now with what you said hellonasty, and will just continue, treating for scale.
i have never seen scale on my asterias though (most likely overlooked), and they show the same symptoms, beats me...

I got this spots on some of my lophophoras, and got no idea, what they are, or how to get rid of them.
any suggestions are welcomed.
I guess it could be some kind of rust fungus, and maybe treatments with mancozeb would help.

the vid's play alright for me, but I don't know what could be your issue, why they don't play for you.
do videos work for you at other sites, or when you go directly to youtube?
you can ask technical questions, in the chill space.

so you took the leaf out of your probagation set up, so you could scan it?
anyway, the leaf looks crap, but you could be still lucky.
it's better not to disturb any leaf cutting, as any small roots could break off...

First real flower today! I've been waiting so long! Put them in in April, I like to put them early because the cold make them stand up straight and not fall all over the place.
some strains take the heat a bit better than others, tassie ones are quite heat sensitive, and often fail to flower in the hotter climates...

ceres I assume you drew this without having a model for "how the clothing is falling and the drapes".
even master artists, need to copy the fractures of the "clothing" from a model, I suggest you place various fabrics over some items, and once you spot a fold you like a lot, copy the fracture of it.

I think yours get a bit less exposure as well, whilst my garden has dappled shade, it's too far from the water source, so I have my raspberries now under shade cloth and hope for the best.
with "exposure" I mean no companion plants and no shade...
your garden has already the "genie" residing, and this makes a big difference.
getting pioneer plants up is hard during a drought...

As a keen cyclist who likes to commute, I have no choice but to breathe in all the byproducts of petrol and diesel combustion. The number of people who think they have climbed the evolutionary ladder by 'flooring it' in cars, such as Skylines astounds me. These people should be taxed based on the accumulative level of pollution they produce.
in Austria, the more ccm your engine has the more tax, you pay, hardly anybuddy drives a mustang...

I envy you guys for all the rainfall, you must be getting.
it hasn't rained at my place for months, and the raspberries (including native ones) hate that, I struggle even keeping them just alive...
bummer, as it's one of my most favourite fruits.

if people believe they will get good karma, because they did good things, it's totally the same crap as most religions, claim to reward you (once you are dead, hehehe), if you lived a life to there rules.
the only way karma really works is, that you can feel "more guilt free" if bad things happen to you.
if I find a dead animal in my garden, than I burry it, with some kind words, I could never throw it into the bin.

I am glad, I asked, even though it's a bit embaressing...
I checked my control panel, sound, ran diagnostics, I even thought of adjusting, the pc back to an earlier setting, but I did not think, of the mute button.
regarding ads, what do you think, if one disables youtube from adding ads to ones videos, I am sure they give you less "exposure for it" or not?

alc & pot are some of the best drugs there is!
they are only mildly addictive, and don't give you much tolerance either, but can help you, against an array of conditions.
I can stop both of them at will, but I doubt I could stop a painkiller or valium addiction, just the same.
if you use valium for 14 days straight you are hooked, if you smoke pot and enjoy alc for the same period, you can stop with ease, or maybe you even enjoy being off the gear.
