ok rev. i know you are her friend. i agree with inpsyght as reference i tell you the story of the rare kenilworth toad nsw(latin name forgotten) it was discovered to (if memory serves me well) breed her babys in the stomach. a rare and to this moment not known substance made this possible by alternating the gastro acid juices. than all fgn wa***rs of the pharmacompanys went ther stealing the toads. i think its classified exctinct now- only few years after discovery. lets collect money for building a fence arround mt. buffalo...lol tragedy plus time equals comedy. ------------------

    kanna prep,my method

with two things i dont agree: its not easy to ship but yes very possible, and i doubt its good to leave the sludge for so long in the fermenter till its color changes to brown. (loss of goodies?) one more thing once you reach the drying out phase, transvere it onto a dish where you can scrape it of- this stuff gets soo sticky at certain stages. im looking for seeds, swape you catha 3 breeds avail. or even viridis... of 14 seeds only 2 germinated but excatly those i thought that would do it whilst inspecting. one took 2 weeks other one 3. no bottom heat was used, just now summer and out of direct sunlight.

i tryed to stress them into flowering in summer, but i had pitty with those little rascals and could not stick to it. on the net are pics of (flowering)kannas from russian glasshouses, no idea how cold it is in there but: short internodes, lots of sceletonised leaves and fat (waterstoring) leaves can be observed from those photos. i found those sites using only the term "tortuosum". and bye the way i could have taken an other hundred cuttings with ease. so probagation is swift and easy...

    yerba mate dosage?

mate helped me a lot taking breaks of alko, and other stuff. i only tried it few times but once i reached the bottom of the bag where the powder was, it didnt taste nice anymore. why? it contains chlorgensaeure thats the magic ingredience, isnt it? sorry dont know in english. aswell i believe that the stroh is used to siphon of stronger concentrations of the brew, wiche are forming closest to the leaves.

hi, all! albert hofmann writtes in his book lsd my trouble child (its on the net) a angelic girl visited him once saying: one must give lsd to the president of (whats it called that place above mexico?) so there would be peace. later the girl ended up in the loony bin. girl i think you are right. anyway, bush often cant find the words if asked something. he showes the "liz taylor" syndrom his brain must be realy damaged from alcohol abuse. he claims to have stopped drinking after his 40 birthday (i saw him saying that on tv) but who knows, remeber when they found him collapsed? suffocated on a "brezel" my ass mr. president...

    Lucid dreaming

i think that lucid dreaming gave me the abillity to change aswell the pathway a haluzigenic expierence might go. if its "full on" for example and very scary i ask kindly for music instead of having to kill again or getting killed and so on. never try to be boss of "it" otherwise it will show you who is "boss". on a nicer note: often after talking to people i do what they do in there dreams. so for example having scubadive dreams(i can breath water)after hearing my friends scuba dreams or my favorite, taking a break of nightmares or even nice dreams by smoking a cigi. astral sex is great too.

    Lucid dreaming

i learned lucid dreaming as a child after reading that a person can change his/her nightmares. i know different ways but that is what i did with 10 years: instead of beeing scared to die again in this dessert dream i said, once i see the dessert "I KNOW I AM DREAMING" but this time i will not walk till falling over,I WILL FLY to a lemonade stand and i want to meet my prinzess there aswell and yes it worked. i was so scared of my nightmares and suddenly i could hardly wait to sleep so I COULD FLY AGAIN. its sort of easy to learn with repatative dream condext because YOU KNOW allready what will happen and than when you see it smack bang you become aware and sort of capable of major decision making even whilst sleeping. one has to train it like meditation or say again and again the same thing(so its in the subconsioness) in my case that was: if i thirsty walk the dessert i know i am dreaming... this days i dont fly often in my dreams, but at one stage of me life i managed do to it even during the day. sometimes it makes a sound when you return in your body. i find astral traveling dangerous compared to shrooms sometimes it does not ware off fast like drugs do... strong tabaco can help to lucid dream as calea. my best lucid dream is still very clear to me even now.first there was very bright light and i just wished i could have recorded the music that went with this dream it was unspeakable nice, brilliant, euphoric,.... i dont care if you believe me, but in this dream i fell from the sky into a australien aboriginal shamans circle. i never felt better in my life than when i comunicated with those black elders without talking.and those men (no women there at all)obviosly knew me from long time before and gave me respect and this glow inside my body.

    Sceletium as a commerical product

re, i tried it once but with dried powder and sniffed it(because i copied a "selbsversuch" published somwhere on the net{sniff tickles i dont recommand}) and i had 2 cones, all up i consumed only 0.3 gramms or less. that night i had vivid dreams and i remembered them well. i find this special because at that time i used a lot of herb that makes you sleep without remembering any dreams. i found this plant to be guite a feeder and very thirsty...a far cry from being like some succulents!

    Anadenanthera colubrina germination?

but please dont overwater them, most people lost there plants soon after germination because of that, i didnt. the upperroot forms sort of a tuber storing the water.once they are older they are less sensitive! i planted many of my colubrinas out in the wild, unfortunately they seem to be top notch food source for some animals whilst small enough to be pulled out...high drainage, yep is a must, i got the feeling it is a nitrogen fixing plant. the leaves will fold down(like mimosa pudica) if there is too much stress. dont think its thirsty and water it again, you will kill it that way, as stated before. even if dead above ground it will reshoot, from the base.happy growing!

    Mt Buffalo / Acacia phlebophylla

hi, i think the other way round... its growing only there because the rocksurface protected it since jonks from fires. in short rocks dont burn. rocky ground is very often sacred...

i know it's not ethnobotanical but...

hi, cabinetmakers like me suffer from the fact that most trees are grafted. small trees- produced for easy harveresting, dont give you any wood. since the "hochstamm" is out of fahsion there is no more cherry and pearwood available...
  21. planthelper

i know it's not ethnobotanical but...

why do you say its not ethnobotanical? an apple tree is ethno,"ethno" meaning its of use for mankind...
  22. planthelper

i know it's not ethnobotanical but...

hi, garcinia mangostana on the other hand produces seedlings true to type, its grafts are rejected, sometimes even after years.generaly polyembryotic seeds will reproduce a copy of the parents. once i had a lemontree seedling flowering after forming its third true leave!so early flowering can happen with seedlings! grafting trees is good they say because of selected disease resistance, fruit size and so on but, lets not forget that having acres over acres of the same clone is a feast for predators... only the 3 world people are doing it right thing- they are growing seedling trees!

    Vilca

hi,all tort, can you e mail c. raetsch and ask him, the location of: where he took photos of urmentetea atacamensis and the pingo- pingo ephedra breana, originating from the same dessert? one thing i allways regretted for not buying at the mercado modello was this small tenis racket sort of thing. instead of strings it had a special part of female monkey skin attached to it. looking thru the hole a person is said to be able to fortell the future... chiclayo is san pedro heaven, the most sought after (and expensive) are 4 cornered and 11 cornered, 5 is as we all know common.look out for rare blue colored ones. there are a few brujo stalls even in lima, and at some tourist places where locals sell pot to gringos some people got ethnoplants aswell. paullinia cupana from amazone, turnera diffusa, salvia div. from mechico, novogranatense from trujillo, bla,bla chico, traigame otro cervesa...rapido
