Has anyone attempted an A/B extraction of Ibogaine from this species?
SWIM would like to try this year.
As far as I know:
Ibogaine has:
pKa 8.97
100% salt at pH = 4.6
99.98% free base at pH 12.6
Was thinking of perhaps an ethanol and ascorbic or citric acid extraction.
(Salting will help with long term storage - form what i know it degrades quickly)

Good Luck Mr.Green! This is one species that should definitely be in Australia! May they the ancient spirits guide your journey home.
Very exciting news!

I tend to agree with occidentalis, i wouldn't have used the word evolution, rather adaptation or something.
Havent read the article yet, will do tomorrow, cheers chiral!

My best friend's wombat tried 1:1 Caapi leaf/DMT and it works like a BOMB!
one cone can keep you in hyperspace for a full hour.
and here is
Super Changa: (~11g)
10g - Cannabis
400mg - DMT
100mg - Bufotenine
400mg - Caapi
Warning: use with caution...start with small doses, work your way up. Vapourising with a glass vapour genie is better for your lungs than having it in a bong. safe travels!

too bad the seeds are so bloody expensive.
NEVER buy rue from herbalistics - RIP OFF!
How long does it take a rue bush to mature from germanation to seed production?
Also, how many crops of seed can you expect from one plant?
cheers
Atlas:
if they die the roots can be used and are psychoactive im pretty sure.

good luck.

Be aware that you need to follow a strict diet whenever on any MAOI (harmine, harmaline) from syrian rue.
If you eat any tyramine-containing foods, like cheese, you will get tyramine poisoning which could be fatal via excessive hypertension.

Thanks so much for this post, I never knew that was possible. SWIM will have to do some research into this. You wouldn't know if there are papers out with a technique for this?
