    I reckon i'm leaning towards Paraserianthes lophantha. Though nutting it out between that and A. terminalis with the photos is a good challenge, played with it a bit and see first sentence.

     

    its Not a P.Lophantha Thats Butterfly Food This Is Simialar With Stiking Differences Like Flowering habbit And Location/Distibution.

    im sorry planthelper but i was just asking because as you said i dont have much knowledge but whats the harm in asking, as for the cooperii i wouldnt think of using agermone as the maoi, but a Q could a passiflora be used? lofty yeah it grows everywhere here.. would you like some? so if the seeds contain toxic properties does that mean they are in the leaves as well?

    The root of Paeonia lactiflora and the stem of Sinomenium acutum are two herbs widely used in traditional Chinese

    medicine (TCM) for the treatment of inflammatory and arthritic diseases (both herbs are on the ARTG register of listable

    herbs). In treating arthritis, TCM practitioners usually include both herbs in their formulations which suggests that there

    might be synergistic effects between them. Pharmacokinetic studies on the interaction of the purported active

    constituents of these herbs (paeoniflorin and the alkaloid sinomenine) were undertaken. Following oral administration

    to rats, the pharmacokinetic alterations were compared. The results showed that the pharmacokinetic parameters of

    oral administration of paeoniflorin were markedly enhanced when co-administered with sinomenine. The bioavailability

    as measured by the maximum plasma concentration for the mixture was between 5–10 times that of the paeoniflorin

    alone. In addition, the half-life of the distribution phase was increased significantly and distribution to the main internal

    organs was markedly increased. The increase in bioavailability could not be attributed to the alteration of the protein

    binding ability (as indicated by the results of a series of in vitro tests), but may be related to inhibition of Pglycoprotein.

    However, with respect to the in vivo influence of paeoniflorin on sinomenine, the results showed that coadministration

    of paeoniflorin did not affect the pharmacokinetic parameters and tissue distribution of sinomenine.

    Pitching a tent reminds me of something I have wanted to do since I was a kid.
