    You are not a person, you have a person existing in association with you. The government only acts on your person.

    What you really need to remember is that, the language used in courts etc appears to be english but the words have totally different meanings i.e. we often say we are a person but look at a legal dictionary BLACKS LAW dictionary and a person is a corporation or GOVERNMENT employee.

    Also the use of capitols in your name such as on your license [CORPORATION], is now changing and only the surname is in all capitols on some of the bills etc that we receive.

    Hi ASF and readers,

    Twelve months ago I started to fight a parking fine issued by Sutherland Shire Council. The usual replies and denials occurred and the State Debt Recovery Office became involved. After two annulment applications later the matter went before the local court for mention. The Magistrate was not happy with my knowledge and ability to self represent she even threatened to deny my case if I did not consent to the courts legal ability to hear this case (not a court of competent jurisdiction) so I replied " your court has the ability to hear this case how ever only a verdict in favour of the defendant can be handed down other wise the court would appear to show bias in this instance and this is the reason why a court of competent jurisdiction is required so as to remove any bias" how ever she pondered and had no choice but to allow the matter go to a Hearing with two(2) hours allocated for this matter. The SDRO said they did not require two hours, the Magistrate disagreed.

    Two weeks before the hearing date the Sutherland Shire Council wrote to me advising that they would not be pursuing the matter any further but warned me they will retain this information if I breach any council laws in the future.The SDRO then rang to advise me they have elected to drop the matter due to the Councils decision to cease any further action and I would not be required to attend court in this matter.

    I advised both the Council and SDRO that this hearing was under my control and I was the only party that had the authority to cancel this court action and if both the Council and SDRO wished to have me agree to their request for this matter to be dropped they would have to pay compensation for my costs being:

    1. 2 x annulment application fees

    2. Postage and stationary

    3. 1 x days wages for two defendants

    The SDRO officer spoke to his manager and they have agreed and have put this agreement in writing and have advised the necessary authorities that this matter has been settled out of court through a private agreement.

    SO TO ALL READERS OF ASF PLEASE REMEMBER THE SECRET TO ALL THIS IS:

    1. KNOW YOUR INFORMATION

    2. DON'T BACK DOWN AND SUPPORT YOUR ARGUMENT

    3. ASK FOR YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS TO BE GRANTED

    4. SEEK COMPENSATION AT ALL STAGES TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WERE WARNED ABOUT COSTS FROM THE START.

    It may seem dishonest but how can you borrow money if there isn't any?

    We have a national debt which means AUSTRALIA is bankrupt. We are borrowing money from the banks that has no real intrinsic value, ie it is not gold backed. How can we pay interest on something when we aren't really getting anything. The banks are committing the real fraud aren't they????

    all govt's, powers to be are corrupt. Youe used to buy land as fee simple - you could do anything you liked with the land below and above. Now you just buy the space and you never really own it. The Banks do. The Banks are running the western world and are spreading there slavery accross the planet....

    We have no say is what I am really saying.

    Dates wrong, its not my camera but photo's were taken tonight. It definitely isn't normal I have maybe 20-30 plants and in three years of growing TBM's it has never done this. Usually start with an explosion or eruption through the skin aeriole, you just see bubbles of bright green, the bubbles gets a bit bigger, than they stretch out and smooth out and you are left with lines only from the ribs and the eye of your penis. This has elongated somewhat but is still just bubbles sort of looks like the rib structure on a loph...

    One of my TBM has three pups on it and not one of the three are looking penis like. They aren't showing normal ribs either, rather they have ribbing more like a ?? and are starting to elongate now, sorry the photos aren't too clear. Most here would know when they first start to pup its just like little bubbles breaking out of the skin, These are like little bubbles grown up not penis like, no vertical ribs and no smoothing out. Yes, it is grafted on a pach

    Use a corn cob smeared with peanut butter and threaded onto a wire. This is suspended over a deep bucket [something they can't climb out of] and put some water in the bucket, the mice will go across the wire and feed on the peanut butter and corn, the corn will spin on the wire and the mouse will fall into the bucket of water and drown, alternatively using a wine bottle bottom half in a sock and neck suspended out over a deep bucket of water, bait by stuffing bread into the neck of bottle. The mice will crawl out on sock then down bottle neck to get bread , it can't grip the glass and will slip into the bucket of water to drown [this is a really effective trap.

    One natural method would have to be a terrier - dog, they have a long history of rodent hunting, I live on fourty five acres and my staffies kill so many rodents it is unbeleivable. Cats will bring the rodent with intestines hanging out and leave it on your door step, but a terrier will just bite the neck kill it and leave it like they know the rodent is dirty?

    or Get a snake and turn the heater on..

    Surely there is a dental clinic in your hospitals. I had mine out in QLD hospital clinic. It was free, only prob with that was they would only do one at a time- and all in the chair, This meant four different dentists, One was smooth sailing he cut the gums cut the crown off and inserted something into the root and it slid out with very little pressure the other three were the straight forward removals but the dentist weren't nearly as experienced one from overseas really butchered me with HER chiseling and pulling. The first tooth was as yours is and it was starting to crack the teeth in front of it. Also the top teeth are more work than the lower or vice versa?

    Anyway In NSW they had the dental training Hospital at Central, from memory, they did all sorts of work for free, surely Melbourne? has something similar?

    Ever notice those armored landcruisers in the rural areas, their is no way they are roadworthy, but I guess seeing as how they handle the nations currency, they wont be made to comply in any hurry. I have often seen them pulled over on the side of the road - broken down, and in the same areas they have a couple of bigger trucks that do the same- break down. If one company like wicked has to comply why don't these bigger, wealthier companies??

    It has probably just stalled as the other two are sapping the energy from mum, when they are big enough you could cut them off and it should take off,or let them grow out till they stop growing and the third should then pick up or if the tip is truly damaged then it may not. I see this a lot with my TBM's.

    Alternatively you can just remove this pup.
