I wasn't bullshitting when I said in the other thread that if your last one dies I will send you one for free. PM me your postage details & I will send one your way.

I'm quite sure I'm just gonna be told NO! But..... is there any possible way I could get these into Aus without confiscation? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nutmeg-tree-Myristica-fragrans-1-Plant-/270818699756?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f0e0d69ec Side note: Quarantine even took some Citrus Aurantium seeds off me. Fuckers.

Well this turned out to be completely bogus. The Cooktown Botanical Gardens do not actually have any Myristica Fragrans trees. They actually seemed surprised that it was listed on their website as being grown on the grounds & will be removing the listing. So back to the drawing board.

"Grass then beer; you're in the clear. Beer then grass; you're on your ass." Why did the chicken cross the road?

Hey Incog, I will take the macrogonus you have listed. I am also in the market for Terscheckii & validus. Very keen if you can help out. Cheers

I don't get why everyone's so down on the humidity tent? I live in the tropics & still use them on my mimosa seedlings (haven't had a single fatality). I use breather holes obviously & then remove once the plant is growing past it's starter leaves. This way watering is also less necessary. Works for me but maybe not for others. Tell ya what.. If it dies I'll send you one for free. Now you gotta ask yourself... Do I want it to live?

Just found out that the Cooktown botanical gardens grow Myristica Fragrans. A female in Cairns an unknown or multiple unknowns in Cooktown. I might have something to work with here. Watch This Space>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

For the most part I would say 'yes'. However there will remain a certain number of exceptions. VVVVVVVVV What's the weirdest animal you know of? VVVVVVVV

RIP dude. Every plant you ever sent me is still going strong. I even sent out some cuttings from one of the psychotrias on Monday. Your efforts have had a very positive & lasting impact. Ciao

It does seem like a big pain in the arse hey. My local plant guru seems to think the best way to go would be to graft some of the female we have here in the Flecker Botanical gardens below the soil line of an insipida rootstock with the intention of helping it set roots. Then cross breed with a male insipida. Then selectively breed out the insipida traits. Either way A fuck around. Will look into it. I have a strong feeling I might not see this through..... at least not this year. Will do some research & put some thought into it. Would still like to know if anyone here has successfully been through this process. Cheers

# 29 It was a simple spelling error. It was coined after a very enjoyable two handed masturbation session whilst intoxicated. It was meant to read FELT RIGHT not LEFT RIGHT. #30 A guy at the bar said alcohol works well for him. Maybe he's right? VVVVV Psychedelic or entheogen? VVVVV

I wasn't going to try & sneak them in. I wanted to know if a legitimate option was available. Would love to hear from anyone who has used an import permit successfully for live plants. If I can pull it off without them dying in the process I might very well be up for the one time permit fee. They'll pay for themselves with propagation material over time so I would consider it more of an investment rather than an expense.

A trade rep thread was started before, I think by someone but it ended up falling over I think, I haven't noticed many new posts to it at least? Yep. That would have been me. http://www.shaman-australis.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=27710 I still support some kind of rating system though probably not the one I originally proposed. Something similar to the ideas expressed towards the end of the thread would be a better idea. Peace Muskrat
