. Not a problem, its easy to prove that something exists because i just posted something, now its up to somebody to disprove that nothing exists.

Lucid dreaming is pretty cool, however it never seems to last very long for me. Once i identify that i am in a dream, which is by flying as somehow in my dreams i have taught myself you cant fly/float in real life, i am immediately sort of lucid dreaming. The whole dream just sort of goes away and mostly i will wake up. Wish i knew a better method, maybe those computerised lucid dreaming glasses or maybe i just need to try some of that funky sounding calea.

have not been around for long enough to make an informed decision but it seems he is public enemy no#1, most of the time this type of person is actually seeking attention and if you respond to his actions he has won the game, it is true he may be a nice fellow (or chick) in real life and just has the confidence to be a prick due to no eye contact a computer lends, maybe its a cry for help or maybe we are just analysing it too much and should just let it be.

Very true, it is however the foundation of an argument that we have all been using since school days. Sometimes when my 4yo daughter pesters me from the booster seat in the back seat, 'but why dad, why.....why why why' i can quickly create silence by saying 'why not'. In regards to Alien abduction, which was previously referenced and the relatioship it has with all things either real or percieved as real or mystical one really has to first look into the capabilities of the human mind. As i said before nowhere, nobody has one iota of proof that anything mystical exists, if you do prove it. In actual fact we are probably just a by absolute fluke of time and space, planet conditions and location and type of atmosphere and co existing fauna and flora an absolute chance happening, we are by a unimaginably small and stroke of luck chance, humans that is, we will never be able to comprehend. Even if another planet existed with intelligent life and the managed to build a spaceship, the same rules of physics must apply, there is no way they can build a ship to go 1/4 the speed of light, if even the speed of light itself, which would be needed to travel the great depths of space, and even if they did would they just stumble apon planet earth, a proverbial needle in a haystick. Lets face it, the planet is all we have, there is no such thing as ghosts or aliens or anything remarkable, we cant even decide on a combined religion. ill have to research it more but alien abduction seems to have something to do with DMT, not the home made version but the naturaly occuring stuff that is made in the brain, where dreams are formed in REM and what is released prior to death to ease you in...cant remember for my life where i saw it and its totally unrelated to anything barr the prior reference to alien abduction but if i find it again ill post a link. really interesting thread, hunab is getting caned and baphomet seems to be the evil conscience but i have only skimmed through this and cant wait to re analyse it, on one hand we all want to believe in something 'extra' probably we have all come close to some percieved entity but on the other hand for every story about UFOs, god, monsters, elvis still being alive, zombies, ghosts etc etc there is not anywhere on planet earth, any person, any corporation or any group, anybody that has any definitive proof that anything other than our own existance exists.

How hard could it possibly be for someone to tear up a certain amount of leaves, empty a quarter a bottle of stardard merlot mix the two and stick it in the fridge, and three months later give it a whirl, there seems to be a lot of conjecture over whether this molecule bonds with that or if the half life of cathidone survives outer space etc etc, you will find out in aprox 2 months and three weeks if this is a load of crap or not.

I got the linear part, it was a good starting point and i just wanted to hear more on it, once again using linear as a reference, only really the numbers go in a line ie 1 to 99 or/and the direct line from birth to death, however the analogy is a simple but complex one.
