I think some people are being a little bit too precious, and ironically also doing exactly what they're complaining about. hehe, internet condescension hurts so much! I want everybody to have the highest opinion of me! When it comes to issues of free-will the discussion is sure to be animated. I'd say that's something we all hold dear, our ability to make choices. Whenever challenging somebody's identity as a free person and calling them a sheep, they will be very defensive, of course they're not defending themselves, rather the system they uphold... still thinking it's their choice to do so. <-- that really necessary to say that your vote counts? I'm sure chest beating will make you feel stronger too.

A high enough dose of a psychedelic should make it apparent that the voices in your head are everywhere in everything and there is no dichotomy of internal voices / external spirits, these divisions cease to exist as your world (as you know it) ceases to exist and all becomes one. Of course this is a hallucination, one i can never quite recall, although I've got this fading memory of it being far more lucid and convincing in its realness than your normal sleepwalking reality (consensus reality). The same reality which insists that the other must be fake because drugs are baaad mckay. And hallucinations are 'voices in your head' The realness of an experience cannot be recorded in matter, so it doesn't matter? I like the American Spirit, it's a bit expensive for a 40g pouch but it's so dry that you get more for the weight anyway. Quite a strong flavour, I like it. is nice. Definitely need to chuck in an apple peal or something though otherwise it crumbles into powder very quickly. I hope this claim that it isn't really organic is untrue. It's also disappointing about who owns this company. I'm trying to get off nasty chemical burn on the lips tasting tobacco with those additives in there mostly to addict me even more to them - to instead replace them with a nice smooth proper tobacco fix with no nasty taste in there, supporting a company with a righteous name like American Spirit with a native american in headdress smoking a pipe as their logo. This is obviously some lefty pinko hippy brand i can give money to and feel good cuz it's not too subtley implying some kind of connection to native americans who are the icon of good responsible eco-management and all that jazz so I'm sticking it to the major tobacco companies... riiiight. Also I wouldn't say that this community advertises all drug use/abuse, that is a very narrow minded view of a community that by and large "advertises" research, knowledge and responsible use of substances. as far as delusions go, other people's "craziness" is likely to be determined by how rooted you are in your own delusions. Really I don't think people's reality tunnels can be classified as either right or wrong given that nobody really has an objective position from which to pass such judgments... Apart from their own reality tunnel. Einstein discovered relativity some time ago now... Totally different reality tunnels can co-exist harmoniously given that others respect each others views. Projecting a classification of 'bad' onto different seems to stem from the fear of such an alien perspective affecting your own. Mental Xenophobia if you will. As long as these 'delusions' do not adversely affect the person or their community it shouldn't matter what crazy beliefs they have unless you fear your own foundations of reality crumbling too. Defining unfamiliar reality tunnels as wrong is a safety mechanism for maintaining an official reality, a universality they teach at university, where any deviations from this programming is passed off as wrong and unbelievable. What!?! That's Crazy! Now go get lobotomised like the rest of us! The world is crazy, it could be the realisation of this that has people stumbling all over the place with their beliefs and having a tough time integrating anything, ultimately it's all a deck of cards waiting to fall... ...Ok, don't then I also wouldn't think that your local christian church has much influence... it doesn't mean the vatican doesn't. there are levels.... yes, imagine that! in a secret society, they actually don't tell you everything! WOW! so they leave different secrets for you to 'get' if you 'get it' as you progress up the heirachy... where such knowledge is quite useful in running the world.
