im currently making a cacti house and i bought a portable car port as the frame, these are good size, 3x6m which is $130 compared with the $1000 greenhouses. the frame itself could be screwed to gether or concreted to a base. i only use mine at half the height. will post some pics on eba soon, nearly done:D.

they have a banana plant of this genus in the cairns botanical gardens:D its lots all leaves and is jus a trunk with a drooping flower, very nice:D

i just had this happen to my little 1.5cm babies, 2 got little chunks bitten out of them. im worried i took them outta the soil and set them bare rooted on a piece of paper near a fan, they are feeling a little squishy and im worried. any sugestions???????

could spray them with chilli juice, jus use a really hot chilli like habaneros. surly it would make the animals mouth burn.......unless it was a bird or reptile

i thought there was a kava hut in melbourne?? ur rith jumped angel there are all manor of gnomes running around the daintree, and ive heard on pretty good word that the coca plants that grow there arnt the native ones they belong to the gnomes that live there.

apparently there is coca plants in the daintree rainforest, there is hawiian baby woodrose around the place, i live in cairns , when u planning ur next trip. the kava hut is a great place, who served u tim or ben??

i came across a guy a few months ago that had collected some seeds from afgahnistan(i think) as he was going to try to grow it as a crop, he gave seeds to numerous botanical gardens back in the states and he tried several different ways but had no luck getting germination, where as in their home country they had no problems. he offered to sell me some seeds for $10US each on a few conditions, that if i was sucessfull he recieved a live plant, i wasnt allowed to sell the seed or plant to neone and i wasnt allowed to use it to get high. i contacted a few people at EA about it and a few people here and a few were interested, but as he couldnt assure me of some viability i declined the offer.

i have a few seeds of this plant and was wondering if neone could tell me how they need to be scarified and ne tips to get them to grow. cheers all

ad a artical on growing good ole mary jane n it said that plants grown in higher humidity had less potent leaves then ones grown in dry climate, i think it was leaves grown in dry were smaller therefore more THC/g where as ones grown in humitity were larger therefore less THC/g, this could be the same with sally. do salvia flowers contain the same chemicals as leaves?

i think music and the way we perceive it can control how we feel. one thing ive found gets me backon track if i get depressed is doing sumthing dangerous like jumping from one tree to another(jus make sure u catch it) for the last few years since i started experiencing altered states and meditating stuff like that ive started doing stuff on my own at high school i would ride to parties where friends would try and scab "plant drugs"off me, i would also end up talking to one of my friends who was into the same things and we would end up wif almost everyone from the party listering to us as we talked about plant chemistry, traditional uses and altered states, the weird thing was almost every would say "when i smoke weed/take drugs i try to make it spiritual and meditate n do stuff like that" so i came upon the conclusion that reaching higher states of consciousness is an underlying desire in quite a few people, and they didnt want to jus get "high". they also said they would be prepared to spend there whole life trying to reach this state but it would be impractical in todays society, which is tru. ......the one thing i am really scared of is loosing my mind.......
