Legality of Acacia confusa root bark NSW

I have a hard time comprehending what the OP is trying to say! His attitude, such as saying, why are not these listings "taken down" reinforce the tyranny and fascism this country continues to endure. When you talk to people from other countries they can't believe the petty fascist bullshit we put up with. But morever, we don't put up with it, we EXPECT it, what is even more surprising is the amount of fear that people have, when there aint no gulags baby!

    >as i mentioned T's interpretation of the law meant that the judge could technically hand down an incredibly severe sentence if it ever actually came to that. Yeah, but where are the precdedants? I really think this is being paranoid. Especially as there are so many people doing it. Yes, a judge could give you a 10 year sentence for 1 kilo of coca powder, but that's just not going to happen in Australia, because it is tax payers money used to put you in jail and the big question is WHY would the judge do this? This is just fear mongering.

Quarantine just heat treats plant matter coming into Australia. Last time I checked it was $42.50. As if it would be sent as Acacia Confusa root bark into Australia anyway? For people doing little bits and pieces, it sure is easier for them and yield is guaranteed. I can't see a problem here. Australian Acacias can be a tricky code to crack and newbies will often do stupid stuff like rip out a 2 year old tree. I'd like to see people selling Acacia Acuminata phyllodes, there is heaps of that out there, and the yield is very good indeed. I'm just surprised that ebay allows it and that paypal does too, Paypal have been known to freeze your money when it comes to this sort of thing.

  5. I wouldn't put the link up if I didn't know they were legit. Besides, we are not in Kansas anymore, people don't normally do this sort of stuff in Australia, especially if you have a reputation to stand up to. The same seller sells lots of different acacia seeds as well.
  6. Acacia Courtii is not heavily endangered. http://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/threatenedSpeciesApp/profile.aspx?id=10011
  7. Courtii's seed in April/May as far as I know.
  8. This seller also sells Acacia Obtusifolia seeds. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Acacia-Courtii-Seeds-Northern-Brother-Wattle-Rare-and-Endangered-Species-/161704664222?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item25a6595c9e

    Acacia Courtii Seeds

So a friend has just sent me a whole bunch of freshly harvested Acacia Courtii seeds. Please email me: [email protected] with your address and I can send you a seedpod containing 5-10 seeds. I will stop sending seedpods after one week, and I can spare 50 seedpods to members here. Paypal donations to: [email protected] are very welcome to help cover packaging and postage, and also if you want to support my work, please buy a copy of my book "Articulations", you can purchase a signed copy directly from me for $30 (including shipping) or buy an epub from this web site. https://payhip.com/b/m0Au This species is given a good mention in the book, and so I feel something of a responsibility to ensure this species is available to more people and that the wild courtii's are not over harvested. At this point, I'd say the courtii's in the wild are safe, so there is no reason to be greatly alarmed, as there are lots of little tree's on their way up, but a couple of different people have said maybe 2-3 dozen older trees have been felled that they can see, and also as many trees (if not many more) have recently succumbed to borers. The good news Courtii grows well in most climates and will also grow very large if given the chance! :-) I honestly feel the best way we can truly protect the trees on the mountain is that people starts growing this tree, so they don't have to go up there to collect from a limited supply of trees to experience what this tree has to offer. I have spoken to one man who says that cultivated courtii phyllodes in brews is quite something to behold, much better than from the wild! I am aware people are selling plants for the three figure mark, but I am certain after this season, that this price will come right down! Please also email me if you are wanting to grow decent numbers of this tree or message me here, I just find it easier to process large amounts of messages through email.

    P.Euacalypta print

This is an excerpt from Snu's book regarding the Nightcap Winter Wood loving mushrooms. "P. subaeruginascens is found in Japan and Java (Guzmán 1983); Japanese cultivated mycelium has yielded 0.017-0.018% psilocybin (Koike et al. 1981). Material found growing in n.e. New South Wales [Australia] in ‘lantana’ mulch, and in association with Acacia melanoxylon, is be- lieved by its collectors to be P. subaeruginascens, and has proven very potent when fresh, less so when dry (Recher pers. comm.; pers. obs.). Fragments of dry material [in poor condition] bearing gills were sent to Gaston Guzmán, who identified them as P. subaeruginosa [based partly on the fact that P. subaeruginascens has not been recorded in Australia] (pers. obs.). However, the collector noted their appearance when fresh to be different to that of P. subaeruginosa [and very similar to the photo of P. subaeruginascens in Stamets (1996)], and is not convinced by this diag- nosis (Recher pers. comm.). " I personally think the nightcap mushrooms are their own unique species, experientially they are a whole different world to subaeruginosa in my opinion.

    P.Euacalypta print

Just because eucaplypta *looks* the same, doesn't mean they are the same, and also the resulting experiences are likely to be very different. My experience is that there is a world of difference between subaeruginosa and the nightcap winter wood loving mushrooms, presumed to be P. subaeruginascens by some, which I believe is a totally different species of mushroom. Subaeruginosa and cyanescens are very clearly different species, to claim they are the same because their DNA is identical is like saying Australian Aboriginals are the same people as the Balinese. Yes, they are same species, but the racial difference is very clearly pronounced.

Good to see an explanation of why there is a myth that Eucalypta is synonymous with subaeruginosa. I'm with Stamets and the others anyday rather than Chang and Mills.

    P.Euacalypta print

I'm just doing some research on Eucalypta and the only person I know or have known to have taken them is shroomster (the OP!) who told me 2 of these little guys blew him into outer space. (moreso than anything else!) I have heard of some other Nimbin guys having taken them too. As I recall, he said they grew around Blue Knob on wallaby dung! Interesting that they grow also in April, but shroomster said they were present in early June. Note that in this well known poster showing psilocybin mushrooms, eucalypta looks completely different to subaeruginosa. (which is not shown in this photo of the poster) I'm just wondering if anyone else has any info/heresay on these guys?

    Acacia Courtii Seeds

Awesome! I just got a message from a friend today saying he didn't get any of the seeds germinating. I may be able to get more seeds soon, please don't message me about it, I'll announce it here.
  21. Thanks for the excellent review, and I'm glad you enjoyed my book. Awesome, that was my intention writing it. Over 100 copies sold so far and I'm really starting to get such positive feedback on it. It makes it all the work worthwhile, even if only 100 people do read it!
  22. I can't see your PM here, so it is best to message me or email me about it so I can see who you are and find out what the situation is. Also, I have been getting someone else to do the sending for me in Oz which is not an ideal situation! (I'm in NZ atm)
  23. Awesome work! This tree seems to grow well in many climates, from temperate climates like Melbourne, to sub-tropical climates, though I haven't heard of anyone trying to grow it in a tropical climate.
  24. This is an excerpt from Chapter Seven of my book, "The Crisis and The Construct" called "The Shaman vs God" http://www.articulationsbook.com/excerpt.html
