Is there a prize for the most negatized and most positized members at the start of solstice...if not I'd be happy to put up a prize for each section....LMFAO that means I'd only be having to give away one proze to the positized winner, No way can y'all beat me I'm on a minus 15 negatized platform...only select chosen ones get that many red smarties...I feel sooooo special, can't wait for the awards night... please people note down your member status/reputations here so we can see who is winning each division, and on December 21st summer solstice the prizes will be awarded. prizes to be confirmed and notified in this column in the not too distant future.

When living in London for some nine years apart from using the brilliant public transport system my only form of transport was a pushy...I've ridden thousand s of miles around London on a bike over the years, I used to love it, especially tripping or molly'd up...I once rode from Holloway down to Brixton for a psytrance party on the friday night and then rode back the next morning after consuming god knows how many earth print blotters and a hundred hash spliffs...the feeling cruising back through the city at dawn tripping and smiling like a lunatic was just sooooo damned cool fun.
  3. I think it did do something to me on a subconsciousness level, mind you ...and this is sooooo poignant at the moment ( chemical Shaman) but I have always lived for the moment and do not fear death or hold back on anything due to fear or some strong attachment to this world...it makes you appreciate that you can go at any tick of the clock and if you spend your life playing it safe and holding back, not taking the gamble, not going for it then you get smacked by a bus or drop due to a health condition then one might wish they had actually lived it up a little. Sure family and friends worry or will cry if you pass on, but what does that matter to you, that's their problem, I've been the black sheep wild child in my family since day one, the title fits so play the role. My sister and mother and father are all so very very conservative and in my eyes they haven't even lived...my sister and mum have often when we se each other comment on my lifestyles with things like...don't you think you should be settling down and taking it easy, why do you always have to be doing stupid or crazy things all your life...? my sister has said many times she is so jealous of my life as she has led the most hum drum existence and did the good girl mortgage, hubby 2 kids 3 bedroom brick house in a sterile suburb where all the houses look the same and everyone knows each other and their idea of living is going over to each others house's to watch footy and drink beer. When I was hit by a car the imagery viewed seemed incredibly slow like, was as if I was sitting comfortably legs crossed on the floor like a child watching cartoons...as the imagery came my mind would say .."oh yeah hey I remember her" or awww that was so funny, I was 18 when this happened so watched from 18yrs back to 6yrs old which was a lot of footage and memories to view and recall in the space of perhaps 1-2 seconds, yet it felt like half an hour...compression of time and or some type of speeding up of the minds actions to recall and show all the old data....a type of recoil of all data back to a point of birth, what happens then with it and where would it go...? incredibly interesting topic near death and death it's self. with regards to ketamine I view that space as somewhere before here...a waiting room or void that is not bound by time or friction, a place that exists before birth, that's why it feels so amazingly serene and almost familiar. man people bag out snorting etc...try smoking it...that is wayyyyy wayyyy heavy, particularly when mixed in the same pipe with DMT and some MA...oh yeah you read that right...that shits for maya warriors chasing sun gods with swords of flint slicing through the time holes and loops of friction. not unpleasant but what is difficult is to try and prepare yourself for what is about to happen if you do load up the glass dick with that combo...individually you know what to expect but mix the 3 and your heart races as you have no idea which path you will ripped down or hole into.
  4. I was hit by a car point blank doing 60ish klms hr side on ..one second i was riding a push bike, then I was under the car and heard screaming, the motor over revving and the pungent smell of oil and fuel..my life falsh before me, akin to watching what world war one soldiers would have watched in those scene's you see in old black and white war films. It was incredibly clear and seemed almost slow and beautiful as I watched my life rewind, showing me everything I'd done, all I had been with and known, I was dieing and all my mind wanted to do was show me what I'd done before passing on...it truly was an incredible experience, peaceful and without fear. The visions stopped abruptly at around when I was 6 years old, I then felt pain and the realization that death had not come for me this time and I indeed did need some help to be extricated from underneath this car, main issue being me being pinned to the ground via the exhaust which was hot and burning my skin. Incredibly I did not break a single bone but was very very badly cut up and bruised, laid up in bed after hospital treatment for 3 weeks before i could move again...the doctors told me that because I was not stiff or rigid from expecting the impact that my body was able to take the hit and blow rubber doll style. I will tell you this...that was a near death experience, I've two others and they are absolutely nothing like DMT or any psychoactive or psychedelic I've ever come across.

    Ayahuasca Information

Ahhh the el supremo of list making has endowed us with yet another a beautiful chronological page of wisdom. Personally I like your lists and simply take from them what I need, there's really no need to have a go or nit pick certain inaccuracies weather they be right or wrong. I don't know about all this it must be hardwood and aged woody vine to activate the light properly, one only need try making a brew with the leaf to notice that it will act as Houston's launch pad for take off to THAT PLACE.... Having not quite got the ratio's right yet maybe somewhat frustrating, but once the measurements are found then the rest will be history...being so vigorous and throwing so much leaf every year is a plus then no one ever has to hack away their trunks or twisting hardwood sections. 1& 1/2 part caapi leaf 1 part viridis leaf 1/2 part carthagenis 1/4 part delosperma Are we ready for lift off yet...?

The worst car accident I was ever involved in and totally my fault was a chicks who's dress blew up with the wind when crossing over chevron island bridge in my little Audi fox I was driving at the time...I rear ended 6 cars and totaled my Audi to a crumpled wreck. you are projecting your views as those which we all agree too...why does it degrade women...? does an Indian woman feel degraded in her sari or does a monk feel degraded in his orange robes..? You seem to forget that these people are religious and have a very strong faith and belief in their god..they choose to wear the burqa, veil or not..it is not a requirement but i don't think you know that do you because millions of Muslim women don't wear any veils it's personal choice. If you are having a lot of difficulty in life due to the many burqa wearing women then perhaps you might want to move to a place where there are less or lets say none at all...I believe the north Shore of Sydney or Toorak in Melbourne may be rather low on burqa wearing dangerous drivers. you can bait me all you want PH but you started this pathetic thread and if you think for one second that any one is going to army up with you on this one then I I'd say you'd be sorely mistaken. PH you say I put your post in a disgusting light...I'm afraid it was already disgusting to begin with, so I fail to see how anything i posted was even remotely directed at you or calling it as such. How many people have been or felt under any sort of danger or threat because of a veil or burqa...? no seriously...I'm more worried about red back spiders or even meteors hitting me than any piece of cloth that is considered a cultural garment.

What is the point of this thread...? it appears to be nothing more than veiled bigotry, how can you see someones face from behind and they make a turn and cut you off...I can't ever recall in my entire driving life ever using someones facial expression to assses what they are about to do in their car. B Caapi ...piss what off...? how bout if the gov't decides that you can't wear thongs or sunglasses when driving...should we piss them off as well. I'm appalled at the lack of empathy here sometimes when it comes to any conversations relating to islam or muslims in general and this pathetic on going national argument about what a woman decides to wear as part of her heritage and culture. My first place of residence in this country was in Lakemba when my folks immigrated here and we had Muslim people all around us and they where the kindest and caring folks and at the time we needed it because my dad had no job and we were just barely living...a Muslim lady next door used to bring around food and offer to help my mum with raising me and washing the clothes etc...she wore a veil everyday. My mother in law also wears one everyday...i'd be more worried about chicks wearing big black fashionable sunnies and talking on the iphones whilst driving rather than any Muslim woman wearing a veil...which I might ad there would be very few of as they are not big on driving rather use public transport a lot more. I'm sick to the stomach at the lack of empathy when it comes to some of the attitudes here regarding personal freedoms, hypocritical comes to mind.

Chemical Shaman we will miss you

Don't know him personally, have read many of his posts back when he actively posting etc.. but I'm struck profoundly how this community feels & reacts when a member passes, it really shows just how tight and loving a community we can all be, just reading through all the posts here is quite emotional and brings a lump to the throat. few of us here ever really meet or hang out regularly but the spirits and conscience of an ethnohead means we don't always have to have met them as we all are plugged into same circuit regardless ...this is what bonds us all here and no one can take any of that away from us. I find it hard to say sorry when someone dies as I've always considered it kind of selfish as you are the one who has lost something. We feel sad because we no longer have that pleasure of seeing that person again. Respect to the guy for living a wild life, a free spirited spark, my admiration and thumbs up to him for running wild and free, rather that than be tied down to a hum drum existence and end it in a nursing home or long term illness. Fly high CS ...there's a whole bunch of us here that will catch up with you someday out there and we can all jump waterfalls together. naming a plant in his honor seems like a good way to preserve a memory.

    Shulgins last interview and Aleph1

Aleph has fascinated me for ever but its a sulfur compound and dosing is incredibly difficult to different people...I've wanted to try it from the day I read about it. someday the sulfurs may come on the scene and ill be the first to explore.
  11. I know someone who used an abandoned wasp nest to run an extraction on...he never would tell me what happened and what the results were, he is also fond of finding dead animals and doing extractions on certain parts of their organs and tissue etc. he is a very interesting and dedicated hobby chemist and I think he may well find something one day.

    Desiccant / Drying

if u must grind to powder and cap then use immediately, as they oxidize so readily when turned to powder...if u powder and store for a period they will go off and be useless ...soooooo many times I've seen this time and time again.

    Desiccant / Drying

I would advise anyone to grind there fruits to powder...every single time people have done this and given them to try they are pissweak and sometimes almost inactive...whole fruits will stay potent much longer.
  14. ^^^ that's just bullshit cool...and the first picture of that chair is freaking me out like u would not believe...I've seen that exact chair on a dmt trip, its seat opened up and tentacles came out and touched me all over...what a freaking trip for mind it is to see that chair. Can you imagine sitting in that red room and breaking through off a 100mg of spanking potent DMT, hearing the tryptamine tone come on strong then blast you through fast and hard ,your eyes stay open, briefly before you fall back and join hyper-spacial compression time, those racks would look like aztec warrior robots and start walking towards you, the cables turning into flowing neon tentacles that feel you up like insect feelers, those lamp shades would lower down spinning, open up then pick you up and place you inside for a ride to the 14th dimension construct on the planet xeliopsuelp, landing at c2wqp in only 694 unigravs on the planet of indolexamine, a hexagonal shaped orb in the 4th Indole ring solar system, 419536unigravs past kwucmnmts. On arrival you are greeted by the 8~preuiolaud, are then taken to a ledge that overlooks back somewhere and are told what you are seeing is the 9310 universal mycelium network they started over 300 million unigravs ago...you suddenly realise that you are actually outside the known universe as you knew it to be and are quite possibly beyond space and time looking back at something you simply cannot comprehend. you manage to look at your own arm and notice that you are transparent and luminescent. shit next time I better keep the dose to 30 -40 mg...people are not ready for this.

    Desiccant / Drying

I dunno some people seem to go to way much trouble IMO...pick whole fruits with a pair of large tweezers or use gloves, pick at base and twist gently so as not to pull have the substrate up with it...now have a tray or cardboard box what ever lined with paper or paper towels...lay your whole fruits down side by side till you have picked all the ones you are harvesting...place tray or box in a dry to warm room and leave... next day go and gently turn them over and again on the 3rd day turn again, around the 4th day they should be up to 90% dry...if they are small fruits they will be done...pick em up gently without breaking the fruit and lay inside a big zip lock and throw a small desiccant packet in there with em..once the bag is full lay it down and gently push down to push out as much air as possible then zip lock up the bag...place bag in a drawer in darkness and you have shrooms dried potent and ready for use when ever u need them. kiss.

    ID HELP PLEASE

mmmm maybe not straight pach but a hybrid of some sorts...possibly scop and pach...who knows as there so many subtle variations of pachs in oz it's alsmot impossible to correctly ID many of them...best bet is to name it your self and then it can be kept track off...so call it jellybean or something and then every cut you pass around the name will follow.
  18. very nice, in particular the first one which encapsulates the dmt/tryptamine landscape quite well...not keen on the second one but the first one is beautiful.

    Desiccant / Drying

What are you trying to dry may I ask...fungus just use room temp air on paper towel and turn the fruits daily..they will done in 3 days max, then store in zip lock bags unbroken and handled gently with a little packet of desiccant and they will keep longer than Rod Marsh did for Australia. If wanting to dry solvents use Epsom salts..tip box of salts onto some pre-laid baking paper on an oven baking tray and spread out evenly, then set oven to 200 and bake for an hour or two...get em out crunch up the white sheet of salts and place into clean dry pasta jar and store. When u need to dry your solvent simply put some salt in the solvent through a plastic funnel with a small teaspoon at a time and shake your solvent...when the salts stop clumping there is no more water to be absorbed...shake again vigorously and leave over night ...filter the solvent through a funnel stuffed with polyfibre and more salt sprinkled on top of the fibre and slowly pour or decant your solvent through the filter into a DRY and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN collection jar or vessel...you now have dry solvent. If you want to dry your hair I recommend a hair dryer or a towel works okay too...

    Heavy Drinkers Outlive Nondrinkers

This is rather curious aux...tell me can you clearly remember every event of your sober event calendar...lets see how many times have you been talking to someone and they say yeah rememeber such and such and you say...err no I don't remember that at all you must be thinking of someone else...they go on and on and on about so clearly and then you finally are convinced of it by tiny snippets and a second person confirms the story... I've had partners tell about dinnners out or movies weve seen or people we met and I'm sitting there going who, what where now...? and I'm generally a non drinker, but whats funny is I can remember most if not all of early teens and mid 20's when a heavy drinker and pot smoker, in fact a midnight oil concert in 1982 I think at Taree RSL I drank about 20 bourbon and cokes and can remember in great detail the whole concert and can to this day still see clearly in my mind Garret and the drummer doing there thing...I was I know totally pissed outta my mind that night with my GF and we went back to a friends house at Old Bar and the only room for us to sleep in was the chick who lived there younger brothers room...he was like 10 or something and so we slept on the floor next to this kid..me and GF ....she had fishnets on and was a glamour blonde with tits to die for shagged like animals on the floor next to this kid asleep...he didn't stay asleep very long and woke up and took his blanket and left the room...we laughed like lunatics and took his bed over for the night. so alcohol can sometimes stamp memories permanently and sometimes it seems to want just cast them away like your trash can on your pc...it's like it analyze's the events and decides if they are worthy of keeping or lame and get thrown out.

A quick favour from you all

Done..and listend to as well, 6 30 am in the morning..I needed some milk so that was perfect. I though the singer from talking heads had risen from a psychedelic haze on that first track and was crooning for nick cave or something...cool and slightly morbid or depressing but I'll listen to anything...the first track has the perfect tempo to be remixed into a drum and bass track so bad...ruuuudeboy beats yeah.
  22. Looks cool, I was doing small rigs for squat parties for donkey's it's kick ass fun huh.. One thing though when writing..producing tracks from scratch, I wouldn't be using that sub, producing/writing and subs just don't work IMO, you end up working/listening at the sub to much and losing your focus on the stereo image and separation....and it will sound crap and empty when you go listen to it somewhere else Trick with production in sequencers when scratch writing is to have a track you are familiar with in a CD player..have it ready to play through your near-field writing monitors and write that way and keep referencing and referencing over and over against your own track..when happy enough and have a rough edit take your track to the car and play it, then take it and find a ghetto blaster and play it on that, the final test to see if your track cuts is to play it in mono, i used to have an old TV I used for that, if your music sounds good coming out of an old crt television then you may have well just gotten it right. Mixing cds on cd's and all that using your rig is fine as your pumping out final product and can piss around with eq and tuning the room instead..a tip about that though is that your mid and high range boxes should always be at shoulder hieght, with the highs aimed at where peoples heads will be, and never place a sub on the floor, always elevate it onto some dense rubber or thick solid cushion of some sort...don't use wood or any other organic or structural product try to find a proper sub mat or go to clarke rubber and ket a piece of supper dense rubber cut to size for your sub. make sure to roll off below 35-40 with the subs and as steep as roll curve as you have at around 80-90 then your mid ranges can take it from there. I'll have ta come and hang one day bro, been a while and you look like your all set up now, perhaps I could bring you a house warming plant ey...

    Happy spring hippies...

Cactus tips are opening up, pups are pupping like mad, ananandera columbrina tree that had dropped all it's leaves and I thought may well be dead has put out 3 new shoots, the first weak fertilizing has been done, all weeds have been removed...might be time to re-pot a few hundred cactus very soon to before they get cracking..but it's here so get gardening y'all and sow them seeds, prune them mimosa's, plant them cuttings, re-pot those pot-bound tricho's, grab the watering can and apply some half strength ferts... take some cactus cuttings for you know what, get yourself a new hat for summer and make sure to wear sunscreen....and most of all...don't forget to take lots and lots of pictures. oh and for those like em...poppies should already be sown too, don't wait too long with em apparently there has already been sightings of fully mature pods by the hundreds last week locally. happy spring fuckers and good harvest's to everyone.

    Heavy Drinkers Outlive Nondrinkers

My grandmother on my dads side "god love old Doris" worked in an English pub all her life, from the age of 18 till 72, she served drinks in the same pub.."The Wheatsheaf" in Copull England, she also would drink up to and sometimes more than a whole bottle of whiskey a day and smoked 3 packets of Capstans a day for the entirety of her life. Se only lived aross the road from the Pub so getting home was never an issue and to be frank she never seemed to be really all that intoxicated. She lived to be 89 and died peacefully in her sleep. My first wife's father had a mild heart attack when he was 69, the doctors told him, that what saved him, was that he was lucky to be alive as he was pissed as a nit on crown royal whiskey, and his blood had been thinned by the alcohol. He still drinks a quart a day and smokes 3 packs of Marlboro reds daily. Other people may not be so lucky, but it shows you the randomness of individuality, genetic predisposition etc..what can happen to some, may never bother another all their life.
