Hey guys, i really shoulda posted this earlier but for anyone in sydney theres an anti-racist rally in response to the sickening events in cronulla recently. 12 noon town hall tomorrow (sunday) - i will probably be there with my soclialist uni mates but im about to go to go out so it depends on my state tomorrow morning (wish they didnt have it so early, and especialy on sunday!). I can see their point that weed might be unsuitable for mentally unstable ppl but fucking hell, the 'world expert' on the show actually said smoking heroin and cocaine is LESS HARMFULL than weed!?!?!?!?!? (oh but she says once you get onto needles its different). Also what was the point of her cutting the brain in half, all she did was point out that THC receptors are located all over the brain and point at it. Hah but it was funny watching the reporter go to amsterdam and have all these different varieties of ganj shoved under her nose - the look on her face. Oh yeh and i also had a mate from highschool get schitzophrenia with a family history of it (after smokin hash in morrocco which was an unfortunate place for it to occur). Hes fine now tho.

I once had a friend who really wanted to smoke this dead huntsman in a bong while pillin. He allready put the flame to it and singed the hairs so i had to take it off him. awww, but death from getting stoned sounds like fun . Mind you theres no known LD of THC, except for mabye when your blood gets so saturated with it its unable to transport anything else around your system (wouldnt mind trying though). Also, elbert, i thought they used two men with live ammo (instead of 1), and the reason why was so that the body wouldnt get absolutely mangled to the point where they were unable to send it back (personally i doubt they give a shit whether their men think they've killed someone, not like they have a clean conscience anyway). Damn, that sucks. Last year some guys stole the top section of one of my mate's mj plants, luckily he had allready harvested the other larger one - and hell it didnt matter all that much seing how they were 3m tall :D . The thing is, he KNEW it mustve been the neighbours as it was in a position on the property that could not have been seen from anywhere else. Not like you can complain to the police "i think my neighbour stole my marajuana plant" .

My gnomes recomendation for LSA extraction - powder the seeds in a baloon by smashing with a hammer, mix with vegetable oil for 5 mins, allow to settle for 15, then decant (or filter if you could be bothered to wait that long) - repeat 2 times. take your seed mush and either down it right there (bah i hate the texture), or shake each doses worth up in about a shot or 2 of spirits for a few mins, then decant/filter again. Voila - removed all the nasty essential oils without using any possibly toxic solvents at all (unless ya count the spirits ). You may still experience slight nausea (my gnome doesnt - only some of his friends do), which is easily counteracted with our good old buddy mary jane. Cmooon, someone has to try my gnomes own method for takin HBW :mad: - mentioned it a few times so far.

Methanol is a biproduct in only some fermentation due to the presence of pectin (as darcy mentioned): i.e. why red wine (with grape skins) gives ya a worse hangover than beer or vodka. It ranges a lot from company to company, but usualy metho is mostly ethanol, a small amount methanol (1-5%), a bittering agent to make it taste shit (heard conflicting reports whether this is volatile or not), and worst of all - pyridine and wood napthas, which are extremely toxic. These are added specificaly as they have BPs almost identical to ethanol, so they cant be seperated by distilation. "The Australian/New Zealand Food Authority Act has chosen pyridine & wood naptha because they BOND in an ethanol/water solution most delightfully to the point that to separate this evil concoction you would need rising/falling film distillation equipment which worked under vacuum as well and then the result after one pass may only be marginal. This cost for this sort of equipment starts around 6 figures" - eek. Now, assuming the bittering agents arent volatile, one could distill it, use it as polar/nonpolar solvent, then make sure its all evaporated. Oh, and dom - methanol is defiately more posinous than ethanol - directly attacks the optic nerves for example, which is the reason for ppl going blind after drinking bootleg liquor (which was laced with cheap methanol). The reason they add all this shit is to avoid government taxing on alcohol - so it aint a good idea to drink it. On a last note - if ya get yourself 100% eth dont leave the bottle open - being hygroscopic (thats the term, right?) it absorbs moisture from the air diluting it to 96.5%.

Also, whats the bp? - seing how the bp of DMT is extremely low compared to most alkaloids, perhaps gramine would only partly vaporise if smoked in a DMT/crack pipe. [ 07. Well, after assuming that you were kidding (you were, right?) - let me just say how shocked i was when i first heard i few weeks ago that there was any discrepancy. I thought that after the church's original threats towards Darwin after his discovories (as they did to countless other people trying to aid the progress of humankind), they came up with some complete crap about how god made the world to appear as if evolution took place?!?!?!?!?!? Anyway, all i see in this is a reinforcement of the absolute idiocy religion is based upon - dear me i feel sorry for those born into religious families, i remember having arguements with a few of those poor lost souls at school. One in particular that was part of our group (i.e. the druggie group - most of which did drugs, while a few didnt, guess what type i was ) - geez i cant even begin, basicaly he was so wound up in his own frustration caused by his insuperioty complex (receding and going grey hair line which he got pissed off about when we mentioned it, trouble talkin to girls, not too bright (he had to study a lot yet i still did better than him at school despite my daily habits), was asian (he kept on noting how he hated the way the other asians out our school acted (school was atleast 1/3 asian), while i also think it meant he had a small cock (no offence at all meant - 2 of my best friends are asian, well one is half asian...)). This caused him to have the notion we didnt like him (wasnt true), while on several occasions he tried to make us feel very awekward about it, in turn making us like him less (a vicous circle needless to say). He attempted to use his religion to answer his questions, which obivously failed - hell, he even told us about how he was uncertain about his beliefs (christianity), but refused our several offers of weed (there was never any pressure on him, after all he wasnt the only one in our group who didnt do drugs) even though on a few occasions he actualy said he wanted to try it?!?!?!. A few examples are that at school most of the time he sat by himself facing away from the group with his arms crossed (wtf?!?!?!), while one night at my best friends house - fantastic property with homegrown mj, leisurely parents, great music and an even better atmosphere, all of us were havin a hell of a time (more than weed n alcohol were consumed), while for a large part of the time he was at the computer with the headphones on, watching simpsons - dear me. Despite our fairly subtle attempts to save him (trust me this was hard coming from a lot of druggies who *hate* most religion and all it stands for), he slipped through our fingers. None of us have seen him since school, and well, all we can assume is that soon he will be unhapily married with 1.5 kids, working 9-5, while the only drug he will have tried till the day he dies is alcohol. Aaaaaaaaaanyway, sorry for that rant, but basicaly, im sure he would have turned out happier being born free than being born religious and having to constantly question his beliefs. Otherwise, sure, i can see the obvious positive aspects religion provides, most notably the answer to what comes after death, but i personaly could not immagine myself believing in any of that crap after its countless contradictions - creates more questions than it answers. Making a decent vaporiser isnt hard - there would be endless info on the net im sure. They often use soldering irons, car cigarette lighters, or involve lightbulbs heated with a lighter. I personaly wouldnt recomend Pucks one for long-term use tho - both caus of the aluminium foil (can release nasty stuff - not that im one to turn down an cokecan-conepiece bong ), and that you are most definately going to burn your fingers off to heat your material up sufficiently holding it like the guy does in the photo .

Hahahahahah, too expensive? - trust me the $2.50 or so for a strong dose is very very very much worth it (my gnome knows from experience after ordering over 130g of the little beauties).

1) To begin, the MeO would effect the experience a fair bit, as it is estimated there is *rougly* 1/3-1/5 as much Me0 as DMT. MeO is also about twice as potent as DMT, so in the end you are looking at about 1/2 a dose of Meo ontop of the DMT (this is off the top of my head tho, can someone verify this please?). Oh and ofcourse there are reportedly small amounts of bufotenine (5-OH-DMT), which would have little impact. 2) A crude extraction would most definately yield the desired DMT, but i guess it would just be harsher on your lungs, plus it may be hard to physicaly smoke enough before the trip sets in. I hear that some people who grow large amounts and do not mind the inneficiency use wheat-grass juicers and evaporate for a resin. Defatting an alcohol solution with naptha or similar might be an easy option. 3) Well, you must bear in mind that sheep would be eating LARGE quantities of grass, and the DMT may become oraly active due to rumoured MAOI's present as well. However, i think i remember reading there is another chemical present which is in fact responsible for the toxic effect, not sure. Im assuming (if it is present) its chemical properties would stop it from being extracted into the final product in an acid/base extraction, or it would be in such low quantities as to not concern us. Lastly, DMT would obivously have a far different effect on sheep than humans, hell, aparently the lower portions of phalaris poisoned sheep's brains were tinted blue :confused: .

Excuse me for not reading through all of this, and thus repeating some info, but basicaly yeh impurities either added purposely (ALD-52, speed, PCP, DOM...), or unintentionaly through backyard synthesis and thus poor purification without the use of chromatography (other ergot alkaloids) would effect the aspects and quality of the trip, while of course the setting has a lot to do with it too. At the same time, the smaller the medium in which the acid is present (blotters, windowpanes and microdots), the less likely it is that there will be other chemical addatives other than accidental ones (due to the high potency of LSD-25). Oh and as you mention Mesqimo, ALD-52 may well be considered the 'cleanest' acid, even though it aint really acid since it gives a more relaxed rather than sped up trip (brain studies showed this), while the ALD actualy breaks down into LSD in the body. My recipe further up goes cloudy with water added . Its caus of all the anise and fennel oils coming out of solution... makin it a milky cloudy colour. In fact, i would think pretty much all absinthe made properly would become cloudy (mabye unless its made from essential oils instead of distilling the herbs themselves).
