What are the procedures to plant a cutting

    Sir you have my gratitude
  2. I'm talking about watering or not watering within a certain time period of planting, how far do I push the cactus stub into the soil, when can I start using fertalizers, should the soil be damp or a little wet before pushing the cactus in or should I let the moisture content trapped in the soil bag be it's drink for a bit, when can I start putting them into the sun, ect. I've got cutting from bridgesii and it's clone A brother (penis plant)

    Looking for a reliable distributor...

56 views and no response, that's sad. This is more discouraging then being told to fuck off by a board member.
  5. that sells peruvian torch cacti, maybe some of you know me by my cactus ID post in the ID section. I recently got burned by a popular vendor who's been selling cuzco as peruvian, he had a sale for an 16" specimen for $45 and needless to say I'm still pissed. I recently looked into sacred succulents but they were out till next year, but I bought a penis plant and a normal bridgesii anyway. SS did have seeds but I don't want to wait for a specimen to mature and grow up into something else.

    Sacred Succulents Seeds

I agree that he's just trying to run a business and not a conglomerate, I've had plenty of telephone style emails with him and he's nice, helpful and quick. Please don't post his cataloge online, he doesn't use paypal so he's trying to be as low key as possable, if people are truly considering buying from him and are really thinking about growing his product and not just chopping them to hell, eating them, then ordering more like he's a god damn supermarket then that would motivate him to keep perfecting his art and striving for quality over quantity. It's like giving birth and knowing your children don't grow up into healthy and succesful adults, it's just discouraging. I know im new here but just hear me out, $2 or talk to him personally about his inventory. P.S. - I know this isn't the place to ask this but does anyone own a Theremin or know where I could get a good kit or some instruction on how to build one?

    might be a cuzco...

Yeah, I know that I have the medical skills of a a civil war doctor but I have taken a sample of that black patch, it's weird. They're more freckle like than a completely biological whipeout, they spread from the skin down like a root, only going in a little bit though, no where near the core. As for the spines, they are kinda flexiable and wiggle. Sorry I thought this thread had died on me after the first initial post, then I got a post from phos D and then I was alerted to posts.

as I feared, it lacked that frosted blue hue that I would have so much wanted to view. Alas, I'm stuck with bunk.
  9. SWIM bought this guy as a peruvian torch but came as sick as a dog so the last pick of the stump is the ampute patient, hoping that he'll bud and get back to normal. If it's not then SWIM's out $40...if it's not then could someone recommend another cacti farmer? not a chip/insence provider but a true blue nursery. Swim told the vendor about it and swim's getting another torch, but would still very much like some ID on this guy please. The vendor in question happens be a well known Ursa Major
