^ Pretty much on the money, but it seems (to those I know at least) that 'a good bit of rain' is something Subs aren't so fond of, at least in terms of lasting more than a few hours without turning to mush. That experience seems contradictory to all info I've read about Subs, so believe what you wish.

They really don't understand the fundamentals of how the internet works, or the postal system it seems. Don't they remember being a kid being told they can't have something? Not that you would need to, but you could always grab a handful of chips that seem to have a little development and put them through a few layers of cardboard... if nothing else it's interesting seeing how it develops. Just as a quick update, I added some more organic matter/butts (just a little at this stage) and it seems to have really spurred on the myc growth. I plan to add more again in a week or so and keep it going until I have lotsa white Not sure exactly what might happen to this cardboard down the road, open to suggestions. I had thought it might end up distributed through woodchips in a container on the balcony, and some dispersed through the local environment... For the balcony tub, would I be best to sterilize chips first? I figure that way there is much less chance of other spores already present in the wood chips developing...

Either way, if you had FIFTY THOUSAND fucking liters you'd figure it out I imagine. I honestly can't fathom where anything like that sort of quantity comes from without being noticed.
