Has anyone practiced/expieranced a 10 day vipassana meditation retreat?
If not and your intrested check out the site www.dhamma.org. The most purest organization/technique i have come across,
it's osrt of like walking into a house as a guest and given the most beutiful thing in the world,
This is not a walk in a park,
this is serious meditation,
with a very effective meditation.
It is hard but worthwile and only worthwhile if you do ALL THE DAYS

Have a decent amount(not counted as they are to small-im too lazy) of viable seeds. Good growers.
Ancient shamans may have combined phalarias leaves and syraian rue seeds for use in there rituals etc.

bought 12.5 mill bottle,
tried it out
pretty wierd, vision and hearing was sharpened
And i also double the thought that it's bad for the lungz.
