Lovin it, serenes Im always amazed at how people percieve the world reminds me how relative everything is. if anyone is intrested in doing a retreat there is a place that offers free ten day retreats all around AUS and the rest of the world, heaps over in india, all is run on donation of money and time, check out dhamma.org also i find with meditation you can't expect anything you just observe what reality gives you, and whilst observing equanimously, it disintergrates. shine on

Have some nymphaea caerulea flowers, I would love to get my hands on some fresh kat leaves, my chook has grown to like these very much. But if not, anything intresting would be nice.

Sub-tropical and seems to be loving it Loves heaps of seaweed fertilizer, also the leaves can be steamed with vege's, very aromatic, sorta smells like cinnamon.

Sweet pan, is the best, the indians have got this down, they add cardamon, fennel, aniseed, honey, spearmint, changes from person to person. They also add tobacco, but i didn't try might have some synergy. In PNG they just use the nut and have a mustard pod which they dip in the lime and chew, nasty gear. I quite like betel, i even saw monks chewing it in the afternoons. FOund it was good for digestion when i ate too many deep fried curry suprises. .

I have been told with some meditation you can bring old reactions up from the unconsious, manifesting as something on the body,(Jung talked about and several others). the mind always clutches towards the gross, so bring it back to your breath, the mind gets suttler, so the mind gets suttler adn then your perceptions get suttler, pain dissolves into pressure, pressure desolves into vibrating vibrating turn into bubbles. Bubbles arising and passing very fast. do you think this is a good theory? don't know if this helps.

In vipassana meditation we expierance lots of pain, What sort of meditation?

Copious amounts of Australian Birdseye chill seeds. and heaps of thai chilli seeeds. will trade for intresting seed etc (no chillies though) Also have some Candle nut seeds, if anyone is intrested, google it. Im am lazy. peace

thanks for sharing your story, Im very intrested in other people expierances and thoughts about vipassana. So far seems like not many people have partaken to the middle path. Or they have and just stuck to it. Be happy

First, golds grow in dung (cow) after some decnet rain then sun, at least let one day of sun, They turn blue if you accidently stand on them/crush them Been told they can gow all year if your in a sub-tropical area!! Also when picking the legal edibles use a paper bag, so they don't sweat/age too much. Also i find wearing thongs good if there's heaps of rain. And finally if looking/admiring the gold top variety, look for dry patties(relativily-rain), and they tend to like the old patties that have grass around it/think it protects the fragile fella's. Been told about mushrooms already dried in the field. Also been told tat these can be extremely potent. any info would be appreaciated. jst want to know if this is the truth. Be Happy

Have a decent amount(not counted as they are to small-im too lazy) of viable seeds. Good growers. Ancient shamans may have combined phalarias leaves and syraian rue seeds for use in there rituals etc.

bought 12.5 mill bottle, tried it out pretty wierd, vision and hearing was sharpened And i also double the thought that it's bad for the lungz.
