In this zone is where overcoming and healing begins and happens with positive results and is a place where to build strenghth of character ,confidence , self worth ,quietening the mind to let go and also sort the shit out , finding and getting in touch with yourself , is also an outlet ,release , a happy high ,calming , balancing and so much more the best thing is that it is also FUN FUN and we all deserve that and need it especially when things are hard at times which is natural too , Thats the test of life on a planet of polarity and at the end of the day when you close your eyes and the physical world disappears all that is left is your thoughts.
