  1. I've been baby sitting nitrogen's N1 mama plant for a period of time....Earlier this summer he stopped by and did some harvesting......and then awhile later I repotted the mama.  I have a sneaking suspicion whatever he harvested is no longer available......a cutting he gave me awile back has rooted & is growing a new pup.

    my N1:

The good news is the mama has a whole bunch of new pups.....  :)

although I really am not at liberty to cut them.......

  2. just look to what hybridization has acheived for the cannabis industry.....with thc levels much much higher than in the original strains.....

growing out 20-30 seeds doesnt often offer much chances for varieation, whereas when growing out hundreds or thousands of seeds, dominant genes become more apparent

Still waiting for a red flowering scop :P, lots of work still to do.

the down side for trichs vs the cannabis industry is the time required for plant maturity / flowering.  but hey, maybe thats a good thing.

If superpedro does the trick and J3 does the trick, does superpedro x J3 do a better trick?

if ss02 does the trick and ss01 does the trick, does ss02xss01 do a better trick?

just gotta wonder then what (superpedro x J3) X (ss02xss01) & reverse brings to the table.....

Well done!! Very exciting there are some Eileen hybrids starting to happen- did anything pollenate MM's Eileen flowers?

I'd have to dig thru my old PM's but I sorta remember MM telling me his eileen flowers didnt take whatever it was he used on them..

and many thanks to Master b, I've a nice collection of scop x eileen seedlings.  the pot in the middle seems to be  showing mostly eileen characteristics so far.... :)

  4. whats that old saying, a watched pot never boils?

I tend to put a lot of plants on total ignore, whereupon they come along & do stuff like this....

the more you ignore them, the more they perform.......

  5. crammed into a corner with virtually no air circulation, what would you expect?

plants exposed to the full brunt of momma nature (full sun, wind, hail, rain, etc) have far far fewer issues

blastem with the garden hose/spray nozzle several times a week, convince the critters to move on to more hospitable conditions....

$20 is a great price. I'd buy more if they were this price

:wink:really?  (the grower may want a bit more for the monstrous ones)

according to the grower, these are seed grown & the seeds were sown on 4-10-15.........

the grower said they'd only sell by the potful so which ones ya want??:P

Still after a cut/plant of Sina. If anyone could help that'd be great.

    hiya zed-

i've no clue what a Sina is but i do happen to have a semi monstrous columnar bridge that grows monstrous for a while then reverts back to normal 4-5 rib growth then back to monstrous.  some branch pups start out normal & some start out monstrous.  here's a pic of one of the stems...
