  3. Hi,

I've had a very thick T. Scop fall over in strong winds. I think this was the "Hulk " clone going around from incog back in the day....

For sale is the entire plant, is is not damaged it didn't bend it fell like a tree.

Length is 2.5m diameter 10cm+ very heavy and thick. Cost is $50,

    Pickup in Seven Hills Sydney

I could mail it in sections but it would be costly it very very heavy.

  5. Yes Andy is spot on, it is also caused by under watering. Under watering is common especially in winter, Pereskiopsis need water all year to prevent the roots from dying and eventually rotting the stem.

Fungus Gnats are little black flys, they land on the top of organic soil and lay eggs. They are easy to control with sticky traps.

  6. Snagged this lil fella yesterday:

I believe it to be a Astrophytum Myriostigma cv FUKURYU

Not sure exactly what it is but I was told it was FUKURYU at least, if anyone knows more about the specific cultivars please enlighten me :)

    [edit: spelling]

All of these are type of cultivars are extremely complex as far as genetic lines go, I would simply call it Astrophytum CV Fukuryu (which means extra ribs/extra rib formation). Quite a nice looking plant it should breed well with Ornatum and Myriostigma.
