just a little bit of knowledge for yall about a personal experience of mine; did you know that if you smoke dried donkey shit through a water pipe it gives definite visual effects similar to very low doses of LSD. This is not a joke.

I need information on plants I can use that when consumed will give feelings of well being. I am in a high stress job and I find it hard to relax and block out worries which sometimes effect my levels of confidence and energy levels which effects my work. I am currently growing Echinacea purpurea and I need information about the usage of the plant. I have been told i can dry the leaves out and have a teaspoon a day of dry leaf, but i have also been told that the seeds in the flowers can be used in the tea. One of the plants is flowering but i don't know where the seeds are ment to be. Could someone please clarify what i need to do.
