Synthetic cannabis and other legal highs to be banned in NSW under Fair Trading laws
Mycot replied to Torsten's topic in Legal Matters
Ahem. These are no more "shitty chemical substitutes" for a plant than LSD is a "shitty chemical substitute" for a plant. -
Monsanto unapproved GMO wheat found growing in Oregon field

So Wayne Bacon buys things with GM products in it every day. I wonder how many Australians are as lax in their buying habits ??? -

The same thick-headed approach governs our own legislators. -

That is a great pity that you missed my post, you may be able to recover it. Of course your not changing the world. You just want to go yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, ...............ad infintum. In the meantime people are getting poisoned by franken-foods and instead of driving a nail into someones head, we have to engineer an organism to do the same thing. And whats the obsession with bananas. Like em so much, why don't you fly over there where they have it and offer yourself as their test guinee-pig. And your really gonna feed this franken-shit to the wife and your just-weaned daughter who you supposedly "love" ??? And to your friends also??? Yeah right, they should all stress less about being poisoned. When you've done with bananas, you can move on to golden rice.. Golden rice has been out for a while now? Wow. How much of that shit did you actually get to consume. ??

I was going to share some new information on a number of Australian shroom species that are active but not previously seen as such. But guess what. Someone is bound to take offence. They either do not like it or its not to their taste. Oh, well.

I see no genius. Only evil.

If we didn't have to hear uber-aggressive feminist positions in a thread such as this I wouldn't even have to address such stupidity. So I'm calling a spade a spade. for starters to get at truth. Anything else would be denial. And this talk of equality and equal rights. Equality in many senses is a very abstract concept to say nothing of "rights". You don't treat the very smartest kids in the same ways as those needing remedial attention regardless of how much hue and cry is made about "equal rights". There are a couple of threads here at the corroboree discussing feminist issues and such things can be taken by the posters there. Anyway this isn't the thread to discuss these things, so guys take it to the "hate women" thread thats here if you got cojones or start your own thread. Thanks I'm done on that topic here.

In Australia peganum really grows well in South Australia just north from Port Augusta and small regens down the Flinders ranges towards Gawler. Although its pretty sandy round Port Augusta the Harmala seems grouped around arterial basins. The plant also grows in the middle east. Again a really sandy habitat. Also grows through much of southern US. Sand again. Try to replicate these conditions.

Go along with the portugal model of no drug-war. The only law and one that NZ should take up is full accurate labeling of ingredients. Give control back to the consumer. This would also benefit research purposes.
-
Peganum is not hard. Sow the seeds after winter so they can grow a bit before the next winter by which time the roots will be thick enough to survive it. This is critical . No thickness, no life. What you want are styrofoam boxes of a very sandy really free-draining mix. If roots get really large and thick, they can be further propagated from root cuttings. Also the roots may be harvested for harmala alkaloids. After they've grown past seedling stage they can handle the outdoors very well. Bear in mind that peganum may die off durung the winter months to reshoot again in spring.

Swedes, carrying the drug war into the twenty-second century. Up, up and away.

I've reaaly had more than a gutfull with morons saying there is nothing wrong with GE. Some knowledge of genetics would be essential before any statement of this kind ought to be made. A lay public is not informed enough to make an observastion of this kind. I'll continue later when I can get my smileys to work.

A number of really interesting developments in gym research has been happening over at the shroomery of late. Mostly to be found in the gymnopilus forum there are a number of developments in the field of gymnopilus phylogenetics with re-evaluations of species considered active. Some topics covered ;- A phylogenetic look at the active gymnopilus clades. G.liquiritiae considered inactive. Additional aussie gym species considered active. G.sapineus appearing to be active. Cutting edge material.

With rue you don't want to be messing around with single seeds in single pots as the result will likely be failure. What one ought to do is sow many seeds on the surface by a light sprinkle. Many seedlings will sprout and many will die but the strongest plants that have competed with the others will be ones that you will have success with. This ought to be a trade secret.

Guilty. -
Drop everything. Just spend some time studying mushroom growing techniques. It'll really pay off. Topia and the shroomery would be your main recources.

C'mon guys, these lists are made to stimulate the chemists out there. Just use these for bedtime reading and see if you dont find yourself reaching for the lab equiptment. -
Were you guys born yesterday ? Go over to Mexico the epicenter of the drug war and see how much money is involved. Not only on the criminal side but also on the other side. If you've got a better business plan I'd like to hear it.

Or use the dowels to make a woodchip bed.

Are you kidding me. Yes,its a tired arguement but of same sex marriage there is too much of an element of political correctness to it although they do have an arguement. Of the gov, the only thing that opens their eyes are dollars.
