I'll have Cielo and Ourinhous rooted cuttings as soon as this cold weather passes.... The vines themselves are growing rampant even through the cold, but striking cuttings would be a different story..

Looks Cuzco to me . Peru's tend to hold the colour in the older spines, Cuzco's turn white.... someone correct me if I'm wrong.
