  1. okay i shouldve given a rundown last week ive a head like a seive. i did rock up about an hour late unfortunately, near the end of krustys reading on trance dance music / culture, he fielded a lot of questions but I was stuck up the back at this stage. Interesting comments on BPM , use of slowed down around 135 to evoke a more feminine emotive aspect to the experience. I like it Thomas gave a comprehesive summary of his findings and studies of salvia d. , what an absolute shitload of time this guy must have spent working on the chemistry of this plant, its awesome. basically he isolated the 'other' inactive salvinorins ie C D E etc.. and some compounds and screened them very rigorously in attempt to find accepted medicinal uses Mention was made of the Mind States conference in Mexico, anyone here lucky enough to be attending this event? Fractals talk on TLC continued the chemistry vibe and gave a good introduction to theprocess,( I think it was maybe this stage I started chewing Ed Dunkels ear off up the back , cheers for the cuttings mate.) Anyway Frac gave a good run down on the different solvents used and methods of seperating bands tightly grouped compounds, safety issues etc… He brought up the idea of having a group of people sharing standard solvent solutions and working on an online databse / distribution of Rf values, and scanned plate images , ie in testing content other unexplored natives. Good idea, im keen to get involved as soon as I pick uup me prize from Ronny. Thanks for donating the kit buddy. Davids talk on vic natives and update on phlebs status was beautiful , a little emotional , a shame the vic plants databse thingy wasn’t running as it should. ill be looking forward to having this up and running at the next meeting! Definitely like to hear David talk more on our other lesser known natives I hadto nick outside a few times for some herbals, what have I missed? Big Ups to the Entheogenesis Australia organisers, this was my first meeting and ill definitely be there next time.. was a great turn out. :D

dmt BIGTIME bad trip (free base)

i dont know the answer, but just to clarify 'brupe' is buprenorphine, which is different to methadone in that it is a partial agonist, exhibits both agonist and antagonist effects.

    Pictures of Sceletium

Have something that fits this description in the garden, but grows more laterally than upwards and the leaves don't dry?? does it look like this at all? i found this one day recently and thought it was a sceletium at first. i think it may be Aptenia cordifolia. Crouch, N.R., Smith, G.F. and Smith M.T. (2000). Aptenia cordifolia L.f. Schwantes (mesembryanthemaceae) in Zulu traditional medicine: An overview. Plant Growth Regulation 32: 49-58. could be a good read

  21. Coryphantha sp. anyone got a clue to I.D. this one? thanks
  22. this heres a normal Trich. werdermannianus  I have removed 2 very sick (thin white mold growing on them ) seedlings from the same pot this one was growing in.. wonder if this may be the beginning of the end for this little fella. reckon i better get me some fungicide and keep n eye one this one, if he stays white and alive i guess ill need to graft him right?
  23. i had it under a dome until today, had a good look and i actually missed the ring by about halfa millimetre. i really shoudve used a loupe or something to line it up i still havent rid of the fungus, was worried about ipa's effect on the roots if i sprayed it on the soil, i have sulphur for dusting tomatoes, anyone know if this will be okay? , coz i cannot fit fungicide into the budget this week nice pic narayan is that fella still alive? looks like it may be more common than i thought, is the correct term for them Albino?
  24. well i wouldve like to have a bit more experience grafting before trying this , but i ended up trying to graft him a couple ov hours after my post,.. and pretty sure i fucked it up  man it was a bit tricky coz he was so small , i ended up just trying to centre him on top of the ring as best i could looked okay til this morning, now hes very dehydrated and im a bit emotional about it all. maybe i shouldve used a small C.peru instead of the T.spach stock or maybe i squeezed him too hard positioning him on the stock.. or maybe.. anyway im gunna attempt a couple more seedling grafts.. anyone here had success , any good tips?
