Hey all, I'm after brugmansia seeds too, but not sanguinea. Arborea, especially. But keen to get other types. Don't have much to trade but my sanguinea is flowering like crazy at the moment so have heaps of pollen to trade if anyone wants some. cheers, Obtuse.

I have had the same. Did the standard nick, soak in hot water. but forgot about them, to find them all growing nicely, much faster then normal in my experience. I would assume care should be taken to not let them sit too long in case of rot etc. Worthy of more experiments i think. anyway, cheers, Obtuse.

obtuse replied to paradox's topic in Cacti & Succulents
Wicked stuff. I'm really only just getting into cacti, and its all very confusing initially as i find a lot look all the same (well to me anyway). the illustrations in the Britton et Rose are lovely and i'm finding them very helpful reading the descriptions. Plus i should probably spend more time reading some of the posts here at SAB by those in the know, but i love having so much info all in the one place. thanks for posting the link Paradox. cheers, Obtuse. -
No Worries Watertrade. Sounds good :D cheers, Obtuse

I would think being able to put some of the words, especially the bigger words, within a context is essential for this to work. I think it shows that the brain can see the word even if its jumbled up, but i think half the majic is that we are hard-wired for grammer and syntax. cheers, Obtuse

Oh God, please help me get into gomaos' forum!

'Neuroscience of Spirituality' & 'Plant/human co-evolution' Sound really interesting. It is the aspect of the work of D & T that fascinates me the most. 'What is not patented is Prohibited: the exploitation, commercialization, and prohibition of Nature' also sounds interesting, but it's a fairly common line of discussion, and i would assume most of us here are well aware of it and the ensuing politics. I hope there are plans to record and mp3 the talk for those of us who won't be able to make it on the day. (edit:) That discussion groups sounds like a ripper. cheers, Obtuse
