Yeah your right in regards to salt build up as I have very salty water as we have water softner which uses salt to softnen the water as it limestone naturaly in this area so I have a constant issue of when I mist my other plants I have salt build up on leafs after the water evaps. To be honest that waxy layer I actually thought was salt build up this whole time not a natural layer it produces. Yeah it's smooth as silk.. That would be cool if it turned out variegated. Also the bugs I've seen where not on the loph graft its just i sprayed the plants and seen them only once though its not like ive noticed them again so i think they just flew in the grow area towards the light n that. So ill do that ill flush and see how she goes.. My ph is 7 here , should i lower it? And my ppm of tap water is 204ppm

On another note so I don't have to start another post can someone tell me what this silver/white shit is on my Peres? As I've grafted a unknown possible psycho0 seedling to it and worried it will screw up the scion..

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone yeah its a discoloration that's for sure not white like a pail yellow maybe.. Anyways shit so is it fatal? Will degrafting and regrafting to a tricho solve the problem? If it's mites will the stock the loph Is on be damaged as well? What about my other babies if that's the case of mites wouldn't that mean all my other cactus and plants will be infested too? This clump has been next to it the whole time and looks fine Also dualwieldrake nar mate its been under 400w hps for 2 months never been on the windowsill So is it best to spray with metho n pray for success or what De graft or loose it? I'm not fussed about chemicals as long as it does the job

Too easy im looking forward to spring and so is all my plants and look I don't even think its even bugs as i dug it up and checked the roots and there healthy as so you were wrong anyways.. As I said maybe excessive nitrogen or something hence why I asked the question as if it was bugs all my plants would be infested so that theory is out of the equation..

Umm ok yeah i havent seen bugs crawling on it so was trying to suss out what it is also that graft had nevet been outside its spent 3 months in a growroom fine so not sure also it was potted in new cactus soil and i mixed perlite through. The other plants in there are in pure coco coir mix so not sure but have had a pot outside which I brought in and threw in the room but saying that how could I have a infestation and not know? Also the grow room is clean so not sure what your implying it's not like I'm a slob lol Let me clarify when I said I have bugs flying around its not all the time its just I've seen them before and for all I know they flew in when I opened the room up..

No worries I'll do that now thanks mate and yeah I got the small bugs flying around and some little suckers crawling in the dirt which i suspect are mites so obviously there bad , any ideas how to treat the grow area there inside under 400hps in a contained environment but saying that I've had plants outside and brought in so I could have transferred the suckers in like that
