Torsten, How much is a lot of Kava in one sitting ? I am currently taking the 5x stength Vanuatu Kava at night about an hour before bed and i usually have a couple of Mid strength beers. Kava tastes bloody disgusting with water and not much better with milk but if it makes me sleep thats ok, just gotta get it down real quick.

Lucky Person JJ , Tad different to my Mum although she has done all she can to make me a good person. And i am bloody glad the old man gave a couple of touch ups when a kid for doing bad stuff cause i didn't do the same bad thing again, so i would do some other bad thing he didn't know about. Don't worry good people this was the 1970's. All and all they are descent people and i am proud of what they have acheived.

Got 500 G of Tunera Damiana at least 6 months ago. They don't reply to emails which is pretty bloody rude but my parcel arrived in 1 to 2 weeks.
