Not a lot to go on... Sceletium Pituri Can you give us a continent?
-
For now, Asian percussion, strings, Karin from The Knife, opera singers, Charles Darwin themed 11 minute opus. Totally immersive music that still gives me goose bumps on the 50th play.

I'd drink it more if it wasn't for the taste. Seems the only stuff I've found in Australia to give effects tastes bitter as all hell.I couldn't swallow the Klin instant. I was lucky enough to drink in the traditional way on Tanna, Vanuatu and after the mastication treatment it tastes just fine and the effects are far from subtle. Will post a report when I finally get a moment to put my brain onto writing and editing it.

It's a Braconid wasp. As to species, wasps are so full of cryptic diversity that even the old wasp taxonomists have a hard time distinguishing them (and usually they use genitalia morphology as key characters).

Who else loves crop circles?! This one is from this week. 24th June. http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2009/ro...ghhill2009.html If anyone says anything about aliens I'll bite your face off.
-
Great video of Norwegian crop circle fetishists who are blown away by the experience of standing on a fresh circle... created for the BBC TV program QI.

Never got to meet they guy, but he sounded worth meeting to put it mildly. He sure had me laughing with some of his contributions here and the misuse of others accounts foolishly left logged in and unattended. I hope he died happy.

You are a lucky bastard indeed. Are there any habitat generalities worth keeping in mind when looking for these? I only ever found one once in the Blue Mountains. Wondering if they might be found in my area at all.

Hey people, It's Spring already and I'm unprepared. Can anyone supply some Pap som or Acuminata seeds? Got seeds, mycology supplies or stick insect eggs for trade... or cash. M

Lunch? Who is this freaky weirdo?

Thanks man. I think its a sub. Matches all the morphological characters I know to be diagnostic of subs. Haven't bioassayed though.

I gather you're in E Australia? Obtusi there m'boy. And good improvisation with the scanner.

Uh, you expound the power of a 1:1 Spice/Caapi blend and then "Super Changa" is a 0.4:10.5 ratio? Sounds like weed with a pinch of zest.

Amanita muscaria? One article I read said "appeared to be wild mushrooms" Flies look pretty wild to the untrained eye. Next time you've accidentally ingested psilocybin, imagine tearing your friend's face off and heart out.

More from the jargon-mincing "botanist". Over and out.

If we can quit the agro dick-measuring and get back to the point for a moment... "You think that the presentation of a post is of more merit than its content; so my incorrectly written but ultimately accurate post" There was nothing "ultimately accurate" in your first post. If you'd put your second post up first then you wouldn't be so upset and indignant now.

Well didn't expect to ignite the board, but I suppose there is no way of saying you're way off and pissing in the wind without sounding like a cunt. Occidentalis outlines all of my reasons. I thought by perhaps leaving them out I might not sound like such a know-all, I should have left them in to provide more information and sound equally know-all. Very good, you have now narrowed down to a candidate species. Your first post did nothing of the sort. "Black wattle" to me means Callicoma. Analogue is not a taxonomic term, and together with Acacieae and your general uncertainty you made yourself (to me) sound like you were pissing in the wind. Doesn't matter for shit what you know or don't know if you can't put together a precise sentence. You say what you are heard to say, not what you intend. Keep studying.

Have you studied any botany? How do you gently and politely suggest refraining from posting stabs in the dark? Looks to me like a South American exotic...

"Pollutant" is a strategic word choice. CO2 is a natural component of the Earth's atmosphere and has never been called a "pollutant". N = ? What was the sample size? Two seedlings?

You should start administering it when you hold a specific object then see if repeated exposure to oxytocin associated with that stimulus leads to development of a romantic or paternal bond to the object.

2 days and you should definitely have action if its going to happen. The pins will come up within 24hrs though. Frusciante: Freshly chipped beds will generally not fruit. The fresh chips are not colonised by saprophytes until they've had enough time to sit around, leech some tannins and get nice and wet a few times.

Was having a laugh, but am reconsidering my flippancy if people want to buy water from me. ;)

Sorry for the silly question... but what do you mean precisely by 'lateral cutting'? I'm keen to give this a shot, but thinking this time of year may be a bad one to be expecting cuttings to take.
