I know this is slightly OTT. But have you/your friendconsider homoeopathy? My friend went to India and used homoeopathic treatments for the prevention against Malaria. It would be advise that you/your friend she a professional about this such as a herbalist/naturopath/homoeopath as they maybe able to give the correct treatment and any other medical advice and it would also be advised not to believe everything the internet has the say.

Thanks for the tip about germination.
-
That's a rather interesting. because you do need to soak the seeds in water overnight. I'm guessing how many seeds there are soaking that will probably make the difference. I mean you don't really need 100 seeds soaked to go and start germination.

I quit like the morning glory plants. I don't care if they are a weed (so long as they don;t go into the national park) . Anyhow I've got the I. indica in along the train staion and the leaves are so green and the flowers are so purple and I like that fact that the flowers "wake up" in the moring hence it's name I guess.

thanks darcy. I'll keep that in mind next time BTW when will they be illegal to consume or are they illegal already?

I had to do this science experiment at uni the other day. We had to grow mould in a culture. Anyhow I shoved my culture under the window. the next day mould grew but bacteria grew as well and the bacteria was killing of the mould! I just thought I might like to share my experience with you that there are some nasty bacteria out there wanting to kill fungus and if they kill my mushrooms... I'll be upset. BTW I'm in sydney and it looks like there's going to be lots of mushrooms popping up soon
