That's interesting because there is a lot of research done on Asperger's syndrome and the glutamic system (ei receptors and their brain functions) and doses of L-glutamine are actually administered to help with certain things, and its proven to be an effective treatment. I don't know anything about L-cysteine, google time :D -
Tabernaemontana undulata : bechette ... Grow log.
Meditator replied to space cadet swami's topic in Ethnobotany
Hey gunfighter im pretty new to gardening and growing plants in general but I have been interested in the Tabernaemontana sp. for a while now for its relation to Iboga (Im actually growing an Iboga). Id be interested in seeds of any of those three. I haven't got much of a clue how to grow them though, and I don't have a hothouse (which would probably be needed I think) But if you gave me instructions on how to grow them id follow them to a T -

Hey ive also got a good amount of blue lotus ( lilly if you wanna nit pick ^^) petals drying out. Im using the stamens to make a high proof alcohol concentrate and was wondering what to do with all the left over petals and I just remembered the meet. The stamens seem to have more of the alkaloids, but the petals seem to have more of a certain (active) essential oil in them. If you make a tea with petals only and eat the petals, you notice a certain sweet taste (its quite nice actually), and even the water has the sweetness to it a bit. But when you use the stamens the water goes bitter and its not as nice. Both are definitely psychoactive though, but you can notice the different effects (if you get the effects at all). Soo ill have that at the meet for whoever wants some.

Idk what to name this thread, it has to do with Brugsmansias
Meditator posted a topic in Ethnobotany
Ive had a thought. Everyone knows that shamans in south America use Brugsmansia in certain ayahuasca brews. And we hear stories of these secret super potent specific strains they grow (even for certain reasons). Well it got me thinking about the ones I grow. When the flowers die, they drop off onto the ground, and when it rains, the tropane alkaloids must go into the soil. Wouldn't the alkaloids get sucked back into the new flowers and make them stronger? The leaves also drop off and make small piles of dead flowers/leaves around the base. I think after years of this cycle, that brugsansias would be as much as 5 times as potent. Idk what does everyone else think? Anyone got any science to prove or disprove this? -
Hey do you have anymore rustica and tabaccum seeds? Im always trying to get my hands on more
