    ooooh that one can grow outside here , ive been tryna get it to germinate for about 2 years with 100% failure so far :lol:

    i hope its ok to eat and it sounds yummy , look forward to finding out too ...

    and hopefully striking luck soon with some more seeds when i get round to it

    tried puting the seed into a cup of boiling water...allow to cool..soak over night

    Hemp seed oil is superior in many ways, not to mention that it has little to no chance of heavy metal contamination if grown organically. Perfect ratio of Omega 3 to 6 btw. :wink:

    I agree but isn't it an analogue?...close but not exactly the same...I recall the issue re vit b12 for vegans or omega re flax oils that the plant base molecules are taken up by the cells as if they were the animal sourced molecule but that the plant sourced analogue didn't perform as the animal molecule would.....causing a deficiency in the body.

    the plants are from April 2013,,,, thats a while now....they look like they lack water...even splitting as above might be better than the very slow growth...I have yet to have a split like that...exploding cacti...cool....I still feel extra water might be the solution...1/2 cup of water allow to dry, then water again...till the climate cools below 20c.....you should see growth within 3 weeks....

    I push my plants during the warm season, its extraordinary how much growth they can put on...but be sure to cease water, when the climate cools...& bring inside if prone to frost's......& don't use nitrogen rich fert.

    that said most members here have more experience than me..........but I don't see what you have to lose....really those lophs should be pupping like crazy....

    get a bit of potters clay & make your own.........then make a cast of the clay from plaster......could make a good pipe..............

    you could even put your own image/face on it...a personalised piece.........

    I hate to state the obvious, but dust is a killer.........you don't wanta be in an environment where your breathing dust.........you've just 1 set of lungs, no job is worth sacrificing your life for....there's going to be a real cocktail in that dust, from bran husk,silica, chemical agricultural spray residue, wild yeasts & other micro-organisms.
