    Someone should make this thread into a book!

    well there pretty much is, heard on the radio yesterday a bloke has compiled a list of over how many tens of thousands of plants that can be used for food, fuel and materials. can't remember many more details but he's doing workshops and his book/s will be published soon. heard it when driving one of the work utes as soon as I figure out which station it was on ill call them for more info

    emphasis on tens of thousands of plants his lists Is massive supposedly!!

    yes, sorry about the use of language. iv now encountered three different users here who have felt the need to knock me back. I'm sorry if I'm a bit full on.

    I will tell anyone, I'm definitely not the most knowledgeable or most experienced person here when it comes to gardening and ethnobotany. I'm not trying to fool anyone. but I do know some things and it seems, like many other groups and forums, online or not, as soon as you present something that conflicts with the general consensus, you are targeted and alienated.

    hate to break it to some people here but no one owns the concept of ethnobotany or shamanism. no one owns the concept of extracting and refining. no matter how good you think you are at what you do, chances are there will always be someone out there that can do it ten times better, and not all of them need to put that persona on the internet so other people can stroke their egos telling them how good they are.

    growing plants is something you do its not who you are!!!

    Whoami, yes whoareyou bursting onto the forums as if you'd been living here all along? I disagree. If you'd been alert you would realise that the US government has been attempting to track, store and monitor EVERYTHING on the internet, EVERYWHERE. And computer algorithms are so much better at flagging potential "problems", then the human agent kicks in.

    Ghostery is awesome, it even seems to do the work of Adblock before Adblock kicks in. And it does so much more.

    Lists of alternative software and operating systems to the proprietary brands (Windows, Apple, Android, etc.)

    Also tells you the drawbacks if any. Easy to use list, even has well-used functions like maps and search engines that don't track you.

    Google is everywhere, it even tracks this forum here. While it serves a purpose (of sorts) that purpose is aligned to and misused by the military industrial complex, so should be regarded with the deepest of suspicion and care.

    But hey, if you've nothing to hide, there's always the chance that the rules will change, they already have you tagged, and you have but minutes to escape.

    what the fuck are you talking about, that's exactly what I said. its computer programs doing the work!! it should be taken as a given that they're tracking and monitoring every single little thing you do!!!

    but so what if they know everything you do?? what does it matter if it sits on some hard drive fir 5 years and no one ever fucking reads it?? what's the issue with that?? theyve got the same info on billions of other people in the world

    that's why you have to be more paranoid than its worth to stress so much about 'oh noes they've got my info!'

    and bursting onto these forums as if is been here all along, yes, sorry, I didn't realise you had to work your way up the little hierarchy. the egos on some of you cunts drives me to ignore how highly you place yourselves on the fucking internet.

    so I'm sorry, I didn't mean to intrude on your little club you got going. I was under the impression all people had a right to grow any plant they wanted without first needing the approval of some elitist fuckheads on a forum who think they're the kings of the shit.

    what's wrong with someone joining just to obtain plants. maybe they haven't got the time to sit here and get involved. for some people this place is the closest opportunity they get to easily acquire the medicine they seek. we (as in humanity not just members of this forum) should be propagating the shit out of everything and sending it out in all directions to all people, SELFLESSLY, not always expecting something in return. as plants are for EVERYONE, not just dudes that think they're top cats on a fucking forum

    yeah cheers to all that contributed i had moved from countryside to sub trop rainforest, where green(as in colour) and nature thrived now back to my childhood place in a concrete jungle.

    maybe some good hiphop with potent lyricism will bring the magic back xD

    oi this may sound silly but its something I've noticed affects me personally is the energy flow of your home. some areas are dead areas and do nothing but drain, drain, drain without you even noticing. areas you can get 'bogged down' in, like say sitting at the computer for hours on end, or not wanting to get out of bed. it could contribute to your problem maybe.

    if the energy flows well, and there is clean, fresh energised stuff flowing in and ways for the old to flow out, it can really help things move a lot more fluently in life. I have found this anyway

    doo it, dooo it, I have heard of people having success where all theyve done is import cow shit and spread it then set up a sprinkler to come on for an hour before sunrise. takes a fair fuckin bit of shit to get started though

    ^ naw, you will mimzy!! they'll never completely stop people from growing whatever plants they like. it might be harder to obtain plants from a nursery or on the internet, but people will still trade them. especially if you live rural its extremely unlikely they'd ever catch you. I was able to obtain my plants from someone in person before i even knew this website existed, as I'm sure many people have done, you could do that too

    its not illegal till you get caught and we got a mighty big country here ^_^

    just keep your ear to the ground and don't let anyone tell you its not possible

    Personally I don't care about the content. I see all plants as equal regardless of how we humans use them.

    meh. like I said over there, I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything, and I have nothing to prove. I was really just talking shit.

    one of my workmates had a bad habit of eating random fruits. ate some thing and his mouth went numb for a week, reckons he couldn't taste anything and couldn't feel his lips. hahahaha I think it might have been dieffenbachia or something

    well even the mechanics of gravity is still debated, for example some scientists believe it may PUSH on us as opposed to pull, and the things that are subjected to this pushing force depends ob their constitution, something a 'ghost' would be vastly different to as opposed to a human so a ghost may not be subject to gravity at all, due to its constitution
