just start doing 50 pushups 50 situps and ten min of skipping in the morning when you get up then have some protein for breaky eggs are great with some tuna it will seem like a bitch the first few weeks but it will pass then when its warm enough hit the pool and do laps. vital greens is awesome it has so much goodness in it creatine is another must have i am naturally big so i put on heaps of mass when i train i am a landscaper as well so i get enough exercise. its also good to get a protein powder i use mussusi its low in fat its great tasting a lot of the others are full of fat so always read the label if you can keep to a routine you will be bulking in a couple of months just remember pain is weakness leaving your body push yourself instead of watching tv on the couch incorporate weights into it just a couple of ten kilo dumbells is a great start you can pick them up cheaply from cash converters

i think you should be more open minded i have used plain colloidal silver with great success . I have also used a h202 mix from a completely different manufacturer there is alot of evidence to support my findings and there is ton's of literature on the net just google it .

i did not trade spores i just put up 2nd generation portabelo and its still on offer but this thread is for rare species , as my post said i wanted to trade prints with anyone for fertiliser. since it was a trade out of the ring i wish not to disclose parties involved. As it stands no one has taken the mdk i think off dream time bliss so its still the last offer so you would have to enquire with him and you cant edit your post and put a question directed at me and then get up me.

but it does not harm mycelium,if you are using live cultures colloidal silver is great but not when your hatching spores. it also reduces the risk of contaminants if you have any questions about it let me know.

i know a park close by and its a great spot its near toowong and it could be a regular spot and it is right next to the river. it has barbies and seating and its great fishing i would love to do a agenda for each meet so i will pick up the torch and organise monthly meets if gtarman wants to help

simply amazing the world of mycology is awesome we are in the early days of bio synthesis imagine all that gold in dem hills (landfill) and being able to inoculate the land fill extract the mycelium and use it for a beneficial purpose. and use the compost to fuel a yeast like brew get every last bit and use it some how you could make a clean fuel.

i have tried using colloidal silver on wbs and all seems to be going well and chances of contams are greatly reduced you should not skimp on your technique just use it as a safe guard its great stuff i just made a big batch of agar using coloidal silver should be great only if you are doing culture transfers
