Recently i have made alot of agar dishes i understand when the spore drops its is either a + or a - then they become -+ i dont grow cubes but say if a mdk + and say a Amazonian - joined would they create a new variety. Recently i have noticed on my agar plates that some portabelos grow much faster but the other one is much thicker slower growth if they were to meet would they fuse together and make a stronger mycelium

in Queensland its a boys club the top defence lawyers were former police or dpp so i would go to court one day and have a look at how they perform. when i got in trouble i got a very expensive lawyer he was great but was well suited to the task of defending me. I always liked him because he thought like me he understood i was not guilty if i had of got a legal aid lawyer i would still be in jail and it all depends on what you are charged with you dont want to rock up to court on a speeding fine and have the best legal defence judges hate that. If its a supreme court matter i would go watch a few court days and get a good look at who is defending who some lawyers get a lot dropped because the dpp doesn't want the big hassle of having a trial over a trivial matter.

try using a liquid culture and give it about 50 mls and then knead the bag i had that problem too when i would just put a agar slice in it also if you are using a live culture the growth is not inhibited by h202 so adding a bit to the substrate do not hurt it.

there is always a argument about importing cube spores, i understood that if you are using it for mycroscopy it is legal its only when you germinate them is when they become illegal. i asked the moderator to pin a topic on the current laws but if anyone has any rock solid info please post it

fermenting substrate is a great way to sterilise substrate i know we have spoken one the musts of a pressure cooker. I tried this tek and i am on my 5 day of growth and i see lots of mycelium and no contaminants so i am kind of eating my words its a great tek basicly you soak the wood chips seed mix and empty the water and then inoculate i guess all the dead anaerobic organisms feeds the mycelium. the way to know you have done is by the smell it smells rank at the start but then turns to a sweet sour and while its fermenting scrape the yeast hypae off the top layer .

I would not recommend taking hgh, deca 250 if you are going to use roids build your muscle mass up first i was prescribed HgH and it really helps put on the mass but i would rather be toned and as soon as you stopworking out all that muscle turns to fat. i have a lovely pair of bitch titties because i stopped training and upped the roids and my body turn all that lovely testosterone in to estrogen and its not fun going threw puberty again at 30 years old .

you do ad poo coir i just saw a tek on myctopia that uses pasteurized cardboard and coir poo etc the cardboard is like the glue that holds it all together and they say its highly contam resistant. The guy who posted it say he has had no contams yet and he does not use a pc.

was looking to make some cardboard pucks instead of a brf cakes it looks a great way and you dont need a pc just a slurry. would love some advise
