You could also direct him into more natural outlets like meditation or lucid dreaming. Free and can provide endless hours of exploration. -
Who am i, What am i, What is i

I is an attempt to give something that is continually changing a fixed identity. Its alway going to be inadequate. -
Acupuncture destroyed what little of my back I had left ,all I hear of is how great it is.. anyone else feel the same?

My general thoughts too. I've tried all sorts of bodywork over the years for an ongoing back problem and think if you can find a good bodyworker thats going to work the whole body then thats the way to go. My experience of Chiros is they work the spine but don't spend enough time on the muscles so even if you get all yr spine straightened, if the muscles are pulling things back out of alignment then you'll be back in there having another adjustment soon enough. But I guess thats part of their business model, to have recurring clients. But OP, £400(AU$800) per session with anyone is just feckin crazy! Who on earth charges that kind of money for a bodywork session unless it involves a shag? Anyway, as I said, my thoughts are that it may be worth seeking out a good remedial masseuse or even a rolfer. Someone that can work your whole body, spend a good period of time with you each session and sort out all the muscles that affect your back but also be good enough and well trained enough to know how your long standing issues can be addressed and alleviate your symptoms rather than exacerbate them. -
ha, if I find the time over the weekend I may pop over. thanks.

Make your $10 go further with Parcel Post. For only $10 you can send a 1kg parcel
simhanada replied to shortly's topic in Chill Space
Also, If you're posting in the same Australia post region then packages will be capped as far as I can tell. e.g.. I'm in area V1 so I can send a package anywhere in region V1 for $10.05 up to 22KG. In SA, region S1 to S1 is capped at $9.30 up to 22kg. I assume its similar for all the different regions around oz. -
Around Eden is Ben Boyd national park... beautiful beaches.. I used to overnight at North long beach there whenever I'd head up to Tilba every six months or so. East Boyd and Yambulla state forests are just to the west. Lots of possibility.
