"Twin" Lophophora ablerto-vojtechii seed

Recommended Posts

So, I got 200 alberto seeds recently. They all looked really big and healthy and they were cheap (cheap for alberto seeds... still pretty spendy) so I'm very excited. I planted 50 of them a few days ago. One of them popped open, and to my surprise I see two root systems. I look closer and there are two seedlings coming out of this one seed.... :o:scratchhead:

Here are some pictures. I'll keep you guys updated.

Have any of you had two seedlings pop out of one seed?

Did you grow that yourself?

I can't wait till mine are that big. :) I have some that are grafted, but I am going to grow about 50-100 of them on their own roots.

Here's more pictures. It almost looks like the root systems are fused together. That would be pretty awesome, but i doubt they're actually both on the same root system.

Na haha I wish I have three smaller ones from seed yet to flower :(

I was thinking of selling them but not sure what they are worth.
