Torsten
this thread is a work in progress. I have finished the federal section now, but my head hurts <___base_url___>/uploads/emoticons/default_BANGHEAD2.gifI have locked it so that it is not cluttered with discussion. feel free to open a new thread for questions.Federal law [federal laws consists mostly of customs law, criminal law and therapeutic goods law].Customs Act [Prohibited imports regulation] and [Prohibited Exports regulations]. Criminal Code ActTGA schedules [see SUSDP which is only available in print from federal government printers for about $150]note: while the states ultimately have the last say on drug law, it is the TGA's SUSDP which forms the basis of the states schedules. Some states will still have their full list of scheduled substances, but most states have moved to state: "schedule 8 = all items in schedule 8 of the SUSDP". This means, that while the SUSDP is not in itself law, the states are enacting the contents of the SUSDP as law. This causes a lot of confusion even with legal professionals. It is essentially the federal government seizing control over drug law from the states by stealth.State drug laws [most states will have a drug act with regulations, a poisons list, and or a criminal code]. These are the main drug related legal instruments and I will ty to list all of them in this thread. Some may not be on-line, so do not accept this as a complete list.NSWQLDVICACTTASSAWANT
