    immune system...

Also forgot to mention one that my partner swears by and that's eating chillies every single day...it's incredible how often she never has a cold or feels unwell...and she smokes and has done for 20 years...she hasn't ever coughed once from smoking...crazy as.. or what. She also has this healing tecnique that uses a coin and some oil...you drip oil across the back then they rub the coin along the back following the spine and rib cage it has to rubbed hard ,,,u rub the coin across oil really hard leaving really violent looking scars or welts...the person doing it burps the sickness out through their mouth...the patient is healed within 20 mins of this treatment...I still have no idea how it works and am quite skeptical but it seems to work for her and the people who do it for her...they all swear it works...I've tried to do it for her but can't as it makes me cringe to hurt her skin and seems so masochistic to me...it's brutal ass and leaves these major welts for days across her back like tiger stripes..when woman has period pains or stomach upsets or even a headache...they use it commonly, it's so wild I can't understand how they do it...it's called karrochan..? not sure of spelling... But my wife swears by korrachan and eating chillies everyday.

    immune system...

Getting vitamins and nutrients from foods is a better way because it has to go through a different process in your system to disperse them for bio-availabilty, supplements are short acting and don't follow the same metabolic pathways, they are dispelled from the body faster and not stored and used naturally like food supplied ones do. You get an instant high from most multivitamins supplements and the feeling tend to dissipates rather quickly, proper storage of food derived vitamins in you system allows for them to be slow release at a more natural rate ...in other words your body is designed for this type of use, not dumped powders and gels that pas through quickly. Understand the food pyramid and seek out the appropriate food groups that suit your bodies metabolism and energy levels. As adults we have a larger body mass to propel through the daily routine, not like children who have small bodies and use less energy as their body mass is much smaller. Seek out slow release foods like oatmeal and you will have a longer sustained release of energy which can carry you longer throughout the day...oatmeal is a favorite of mine, so is cranberry juice and goji berries, greens like raw spinach and rocket are also slow release vitamins which give you great feelings of energy for long term throughout the day...if you eat a gren salad at lunch with some tomatoes or pine nuts you will not get those 2 o'clock sleepy's I guarantee it...stay away from complex carbs at these times and choose vitamin rich fresh foods and nuts and small portions of wholemeal or nutty bread. Carry trial mix around with you everywhere and much on it continuously for extended levels of eneergy and your skin will glow also after a few weeks due to the natural oils.

    immune system...

Some may laugh at my view on this subject but I find that not keeping a super clean house is a part of a maintaining a strong immune system. Short term help... Drink a litre of cranberry juice a day. Snack on Goji berries and ried fruits and nuts, eat organic, stay away from fatty fried foods and when using oils to cook with use a cold pressed olive oil. Eat fruit like avocado's and bananas. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Get regular blood checks and ask for the reports to show white blood cell counts. maintain a strong regime of balanced vitamin intake through food not supplements. Listen to body cravings and follow them up...not talking about hanging out for a big mac here either...things like strawberry cravings or cravings for fish or types of bread. Try to stop smoking, meditate when possible and dive your mind to your insides and look around like a nanobot for any problems and get rid of them through mind power. Don't drink alcohol is a great one too, although many will be against me on this one. Stimulate your mind with interesting topics, a healthy mind encourages a healthy temple. Take a natural psychedelic a couple of times a year and try to voyage into your body and minds negatives and deal with them, ask questions while you are there and come away with answers you can work on afterward. Become a Buddhist. Don't get sucked into modern life and all it's so called shitty conveniences. Don't have debts or financial woes, live simply so others may simply live, stay completely within your budget and don't over extend your finances or take out any loans that put pressue on your mind for extended periods. keep your stress levels to an absolute minimum and stop worrying about every little thing. travel to foreign countries and open your mind to other cultures and practices. take up hobbies like photography and art. Don't get married or have children. Dedicate some time to your favorite cause a few times a year. Get a allergy test and find out what allergies you have then frame up a healthy diet so as to never come into contact with any other allergenic things. Don't eat junk food more than a couple of times a year. Go to a massage clinic 12 times a year and enjoy the pleasures of a professional massage. Stop drinking soft drinks and in particular any of these so called energy drinks that are full of crappy caffeine and guarana nonsense. Work for enjoyment not money, don't buy things you don't absolutely need and resist consumerism and materialism. Listen to music rather than watch TV, read a book rather than a tacky gossip magazine. Make a beautiful ethno garden and spend time in it. See a qualified specialist that can check your metabolism, understand your metabolic rates and feed yourself according to this understanding. Don't be lazy Don't talk about people behind their back unless it's something positive. Compliment people rather than slag them off. Exercise regularly and stretch your muscles and limbs..isometrics, yoga and swimming are the very best way to energize your mind and chakra's. Watch documentaries on life and nature as often as possible. Drive a fuel efficient vehicle and only drive it when absolutely necessary. Don't deal or sell drugs and don't get addiction to drugs of dependence, know your limits and enjoy them sparingly. Don't fear death embrace it...if you like to pray for things pray to gaia and push some of your positive energy and love to her and help the healing of this delicate planet.

    Mckenna agrees with me!

Let's not forget McKenna was an advocate for smoking DMT which meant extracting the freebase, he was also fond of LSD, in some ways I agree with you Teotz but your view may seem somewhat hardcore to the point of fundamentalism, this is by no means a negative view, rather may be seen as to rigid and formed, we all know the world and all it's magic doesn't obey static rigid rules, rather natural random kaos is interweaved into the martix. What is your stance on opiates/painkilling through the use of ingesting the poppy pod Teotz...? Who ever is negatizing teotz...get a life will ya.

Study - Ayahuasca Use in Australia

Assuming the study can actually find enough participants in the study then it appears to be rather safe as opposed to iniquitous for volunteers. Hello, how are you today..? I'm fine thank you. What is your name..? N. Efarious. Speaking into the micro phone tell us about your experiences with `yage or ayahuasca. After consuming the putrid tasting drink I thought about how to keep it down long enough to feel affects and not purging. Did you purge..? Indeed I did. Continue... I purged the vile tasting liquid after some 20 mins, then felt much better. After a time I began to feel different, a dense haze hung over my surrounds and colour was highlighted. I closed my eyes and lay down on the thatched mattress supplied by the curandero. I had vivid hallucinations of entities, beautiful twisting snakes and reptiles.. and insect like beings, a myriad of rich tapestry flowed all around my mind, colour and symbols I had never seen before but recognized somehow spewed forth their magnificence in a dance that was ultimately captivating. How anything like this could be used against aya studies is beyond me, mind you until the external, closed minded, systems folk seek out and understand, as opposed to seeing it as highly iniquitous, then fear will continue rule their minds. Common people feel better when buying plasma TV's on hire purchase, watching current affair shows dedicated to rounding up criminals who ripped off families of their holiday savings or life insurance policies, they like it most when a famous personality has perpetrated such atrocities and gets off cause they are famous...it's that sense of equality that keeps their lives in check...mob mentality is still rife in today's feeble minds. I sometimes try to imagine what a show based on aya and its 36 or so national participants, would be like if it ever hit the lips of these truly sinful media propaganda antagonists. In reality though, is it even big enough to warrant any investigation by the couch surfing fear mongers...probably not, who cares about a bunch of die hard hippies who want to drink a vile tea and throw their guts up all for a 3 hr lie down and free 3d closed eyed TV...maybe the Plasma Tv industry is jealous that some are getting better picture quality for free as opposed to buying their products. Then again most like to drink a lot of beer and wine, throw their guts up, pass out on the city streets, wake up a couple of hours later and see the sun rising over the circling colorful litter being whipped up by the early morning breeze, it must look really trippy to see a thousand McDonald and kebab wrappers all caught up in wirly whirly breezes that drift along the cold hard streets at dawn trough hungover eyes, the taxi drivers are their curandero's and saviors, watching and waiting for them, safely driving and guiding them through their intoxicating night on the booze back to safety and the comfort of the plsma Tv filled domeciles to rest it off, they eat oil soaked food while watching the dragons beating the crap out of the Bronco's. .

    Mckenna agrees with me!

Unfortunately life isn't as black and white as Mckenna and Teotz claim, Buddha says the path is in between the two...there maybe certain alkaloids in plants can help us, though they just may well be mixed in with others that can just as easily kill you too. My back hurts like a bastard and I'm now almost crippled due to it, some will say I'm a little fat like Buddha too but I'm certainly only a B grade student of the teachings at best. Don't let others negativity bring you down though Teotz, at the same time do not cast negative beams of light on those that do not agree with you. The world we live on is red(earth)..blue(ocean)..yellow(sun)...a world we see basking in these primary colours, let's keep it that way. On a planet that base's it's ideology on take take take from the wild, it does not take any more energy to understand the wild and copy, it rather than deplete it unnecessary....we have the technology to clone anything so why are still taking from the wild....? A population that is forever increasing cannot ever truly expect that the wild will continue to supply humans with goods, we should be learning from samples and farming and cloning in a manner that shows sustainability in the long term, if we don't then earth may well fight back at some point and unfortunately for us be the end. The earth is a living organism and is more than capable of looking after it's self, corner it, and throw enough stones and "IT WILL" fight back.
  10. On Friday, three of Australia’s largest internet service providers simultaneously announced they would filter some internet content from ever reaching their customers. The news was greeted with a widespread lack of interest from an Australian population which – for almost three years now – has been steadfastly campaigning against the idea of its internet being filtered in any way. There was no outrage, no Twitter hashtag set up, no furious online debates, no calls for the Communications Minister’s head – in short, a deafening silence. The reason for this lack of outrage – the fact that the ISPs will only be filtering sites which host child abuse or child pornography material – should send Australia’s politicians a strong message. In short, most Australians concerned about the Federal Government’s controversial mandatory internet filtering policy – which last week’s announcement is a first, tentative step towards — are not overly worried about the technical fact that their internet may have some sort of controls on it, although of course some, including myself, are. Australians are, however, worried that those controls might extend too far and might start to impact on their freedom of speech and access to information. Take the example of some of the material that Communications Minister Stephen Conroy has consistently stated will be included in the Refused Classification category of content which the filter aims to censor. Included in that category – according to Conroy – is online material which relates to detailed instruction in drug use. Now under Australian law, several states consider use of a popular drug such as marijuana to be a criminal office. If you view matters in this light, it’s not hard to see why the Federal Government would want to ban any material which would inform people how to safely smoke marijuana, for example. However, when you widen your scope, you will quickly find that there are other states – such as the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and so on – which have decriminalised the personal use (in small amounts) of marijuana, recognising that it’s fruitless to chuck a couple of teenagers caught rolling a joint into jail, and that vast segments of the Australian population consider the occasional puff completely normal. It’s a similar situation when you consider some other material which could be considered Refused Classification. Political web sites which lobby against abortion by publishing graphic photos of aborted foetuses. Websites which give detailed instruction in what is still considered a crime – assisted euthanasia of elderly Australians in extreme pain. Archaic manuals from the 1940′s which advise soldiers on how to make basic bombs. And so on. These are all examples of content which is on the borderline between objectionable and acceptable, depending on which Australian you talk to. What the lack of reaction towards the confirmation by Telstra, Optus and Primus last week tells us is that while it is debatable whether some categories of content should be kept from Australian eyes, there are some categories of content which we can all agree are out of line – with the most obvious one being child pornography. Communications Minister Stephen Conroy last week appeared to have acknowledged this fact by announcing a year-long review of the Refused Classification category of content. To my mind, this is the first confirmation from the Labor Government since the election in November 2007 that its hard line on “Refused Classification” content may not be in line with Australian norms. There is also another significant fact that we need to consider about last Friday’s announcement. Conroy did not mandate that ISPs sign up to filter child pornography and child abuse material. Instead, he gave them the option by making the decision to comply voluntary. Many ISPs appear to have yet to make up their mind whether they will follow the lead set by Telstra, Optus and Primus on the matter. And it is a virtual certainty that although many will do so, at least a few ISPs will decide that they don’t want to filter the internet at all for their users, and will abstain. What this gives Australians is options. If they are dissatisfied with the fact that an ISP filters their internet of certain content, they can complain directly to the ISP. If enough customers complain, an ISP may stop filtering the internet or provide ‘opt-in’ or ‘opt-out’ mechanisms. Or customers even have the option of switching to an ISP which does not filter content. Suddenly, this makes internet filtering a matter of personal choice rather than a matter of draconian government control. I am personally very much against any sort of mandatory ISP-based internet filtering. It has been demonstrated many times that such technology is incredibly easy to circumvent and as a journalist, I remain staunchly on the side of unfettered freedom of access to information in any medium. I am highly concerned that any form of imposed mandatory filter would inevitably lead to legitimate material being blocked — a phenomenon known as ‘scope creep’. I feel that Government resources in this area would be vastly better allocated towards the police, education and making PC-based filtering technology available for those who do want it. However, I have no real objection towards some ISPs in Australia voluntarily censoring child abuse and child pornography from the internet, especially if they provide opt-out options for those who would prefer their internet to be unfettered and for control to reside on the users’ PC and not in their ISP’s server rooms. Of course, there are many issues that would need to be debated about such a system. For starters, how do you avoid a presumption of guilt that those who ‘opt-out’ of having their internet censored at any level are potential criminals? And how do you ensure that scope creep doesn’t see extra, borderline categories of content added to the ISPs’ voluntary censorship lists as time goes on, or that legitimate sites are not censored? Research has consistently demonstrated that Australians don’t want their internet to be censored. But if the Government feels it must, let it learn a lesson from last week’s experience and change its policy towards one that is voluntary and only tackles a very limited field of content. That’s something we can all agree on. SOURCE

    Anger

...sorry but that's just insanely funny... sometimes life just has to have a larf back at you doesn't it...I mean it was prolly saying to it's self.." hey look, this will be fun, a tin of black paint near all that furniture and electrical equipment...lets splash it around everywhere and see what happens" I struggle with short temperedness all my life and have to medicate against it, never lash out though, more verbal and vicious than any physical clatterbanging...these things that we get upset over are mostly objects that in the bigger picture are quite insignificant and easily replaceable.

I think the point of the tread is to educate and talk about if you choose to use these substances, then what are peoples experiences with trying to balance out any health issues of use. Some benefits of taking are... Working tedious and normally mentally draining jobs. Concentration for studying Partying. Chronic fatigue syndrome. Weightless. Correcting in the short term attention deficit. Sex.

...+1 and may the seas throw heavy crashing waves onto the shores of earth for the next 50 years so as men in boats cannot fish, net or long line, allow our marinelife to recover and learn that to take take take is a stupid selfish way to live..pun intended. I nearly threw up on the street yesterday..this guy comes down the main drag in his hotted blue VW golf the new series, and he is playing this tune that say in the main part.." I wanna be a millionaire" and he's got his arm out the window and staring at everyone ...music is so loud it can be heard for 2 blocks...I said to my litle girl...look honey there's a really big wanker...she said "biiiig wanker"...I larfed and we kept walking...
  17. Well what a gem of article and speech, the prince has got it right.... Men are responsible for population growth spiraling out of control, you take away the amount of men who just want a fuck and don't use any contraception or even think about pulling out and you might be looking at a huge percentage of women who get pregnant and have unwanted children...men cannot control their sexual needs it is sometimes as simple as that. Sit and watch how many men come and go from my local brothel in a day, even a Monday, it's easily 200+ men, I bet if there was brothel that catered to women you wouldn't see hardly any women slinking in and out of there all day. Men are out of control and will do anything to bullshit a women into having sex with him, men outnumber women in all bars you frequent and the only reason they are there is find something to have sex with.
