    Rocky cacti mix ins

Im just about to do some repotting and all that... Im getting the standard washed sand, perlite and standnard soil mix, but dont know whats the best rocky option. I usually mix in 7mm bluestone (basalt) and ive tried dolerite (I think) before, but heard scoria is good too (my local place stores 20mm but i could pulverising it a bit). Granite is also available in rocks and in dust form (rockdust?). Any recommends / hard NOs?

    Spach crosses please!

Does anyone have some beautiful spach crosses to show? I have one spach x zelly 6, but I'm really interested in seeing what happens when you combine spach with different coloured spines, larger spines or fatter tings (like cuzco, psy0 or some terscheckii family types) Regards

  23. I bought two beautiful cacti (from the same plant) sold to me as trichocereus peruvianus/cuzco [a peruvianus from cuzco], the seller explained to me had very subtle differences in the whitening of the spines over time. After looking through ID threads, it would appear to me these guys are regular cuzcoensis. I also have not found any other sources for such a peruvianus on the net. Any ideas? THANKS

    cuzcoensis or peruvianus/cuzco

I hope it is a peruvianus of some sort Though I saw this photo of terschekii x psych0 hybrid (https://trichocereus.net/trichocereus-psycho0-echinopsis-lageniformis/) and it really seems like that.

    cuzcoensis or peruvianus/cuzco

yeah same plant. The older, larger, fatter growths of this plant have smaller and less spines when compared to the pups
