-
spore print was white, therefore i through them away
-
this ones i found in north brisbane, they are deathcaps, right? i chuck out bag of them
-
thank you kindness, chucking it out...
-
I am taking a spore print for any case, if it is white, i will chuck it out, if it is pink then it could be straw mushrooms http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volvariella_volvacea and i will cook them, when immature the mushroom i picked looked like an egg just like a straw mushroom. on mine though a stipe has a ring and volva which could indicate that it is deadly http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amanita_phalloides

The spore print is white. I will cook them with butter

thank you much for the information. I think you are right that it could be Chlorophyllum molybdites. I will let you know the results of spore prints.

just found these while chasing wild turkeys from chickens' food (the colors do not show very well, they quite pinky, the stock is pinky, smell quite mushroomy), any idea what they are?:
-
if they are Macrolepiota procera, apparently people do eat them, frying with the butter. But I will make the spore print, it is supposed to be white, right?
