OFFICIAL invite to the 2006 FTP Annual Float Off

Where: Initial meeting at Fig Tree Pocket Boat Ramp at 11:30

When: Sunday 26th March

Why: Where else would you rather spend your Sunday afternoon, other than frolicking down the Brisbane River with one purpose of getting "insert adjective describing inebriant of choice here) before arriving at a Sensational BBQ and Afternoon session.

Cost: This year we will not be providing boats. The boats can be bought from Overflow, Crazy Clarks, The Warehouse etc. They are about $15-20

Things to bring to the Float off:

- Cans of alcohol where possible (very important; as glass weighs too much by the

end of the day).

- Sunscreen, sunglasses, caps

- Stubby Coolers

-Football, Cricket bat/ball etc.

-Food for the barbie

Days Itinerary – (We will fully run through everything on the day)

Meet at Fig Tree Pocket Boat Ramp at 11:30, Chill beer for afternoon BBQ, Drink beer, Organize transport to Jindallee Bridge / Drink beer, launch from Jindalee Bridge/ Drink beer at 12:30 (near Amazons), THE FLOAT: takes 2-3 hrs there are Dedicated boats for Ice and Alcohol, Then Float ‘n’ Drink until your hearts content arriving at BBQ at 3:00-4:00, Drink n eat, the Day ends whenever you a) Pass out, Find someone nice ;) c) Run out of piss (no excuse) d) Mummy / Girlfriend picks you up…
