Guest reville Posted June 19, 2002 Im interested too. Would A longifolia be OK That seems to be the only common species planted here in WA. Damn people - why couldnt they have planted maidenii or obtusifolia instead. So is anyone aware of people successfully using longifolia root bark? or is everyone still concerned about the Histamine content.
Scotty Posted June 20, 2002 I'm from sydney and have noticed some acacia growing alongside Wakehurst parkway that look a bit like maidenii. Could someone point me to a good site or tell me how to reliably identify this species?
